  1. Hi and Good choice of car and if I read correctly you're switching from an M3, you'll like the attention the Zed gets compared to the BMW clitoris Colourwise, Black is black so there ain't much to say there. Night Blue is a new colour and one of the members on here (Stanski) has just got a roadster and he says the colour is amazing in the flesh. PM him if you want moreinfo, he loves talking about it

Yeah, I even considered buying one instead of my Zed. A diesel too! No diesel has ever mademe want it before.

I think if I was after a big family saloon with some grunt I'd have to go for a 300C with either the 5.7-litre Hemi or the 6.1 SRT-8.
  6. Cheers Phil,I appreciate your thoughts. I don't rag the arse out of my carbutI do quite high mileage in it, mostly motorway. I'm happy with the brembo pads and ideally I'd like something similar that isn't going to wear out in 8,000 miles.
  7. Take the wing mirror off and dismantle. Mask off the paintwork you can't dismantle. Put some paint thinner/remover on a cotton wool ear bud thing. Go slowly and have patience. Thats what I'd do but there is probably a better way...
  8. Ah, you didn't include them in the PM you sent me the other day. I'll probably order some of these off you Phil. I'll get in touch soon I promise I didn't include them as although we sell a lot of them I still cannot class them as a good performing pad. We had a member in last week who has always defended the yellowstuff pads until we showed him the state of his discs and pads the inner front pad had welded itself to the piston. I know I am going to get shot down on this one but we tell it as it is because we believe it is important to inform customers of exactly what they are buying, not the first time I have said this anyway. Thats OK. I understand and I did ask for your recommendation. I just know the Redstuff pads are enjoyed by a number of other members and they are almost half the price of some of the other pads you quoted me. I'm also worried I'll end up with squeelers too!

  10. Good find Stew Is this the same pad that a few members are using already? Is it recommended? I need some new pads soon too...
  11. Seems to be the technique to use.... http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=WEeqHj3Nj2c More crazy sh1t there!
  12. Jeez! It that what you do all day Martin? Chase after runaway ships? Sounds like fun. This one (from the related stories) made me laugh: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=zoU1HczQJQM&NR=1

  15. I think there was a thread about a trip back in January. A few members were going separately but planning to meet up over there. Try the search button
  16. Hi Paul, Please forgive my stupidity but what does it do? Your engine bay looks very smart and very clean, certainly puts mine to shame
  17. I'd love to go but unfortunately I am trying to book a "last skiing weekend of the season" trip in that weekend
  18. Hey Martin, wait till Stew persuades him to go to a Scottish meet and you have to explain haggis, neeps and tatties to him! I can imagine Jay's response... "Is that fish?"
  19. Pull across into the oncoming traffic and stop it of course. Would have thought that was obvious?
  20. KC350Z Sorry but I don't know the car either but what Martin said certainly rings true with most members. I wash and wax my car every weekend and they still give me grief for using the wrong cloth, sponge or mitt I'm sure it will be a good 'un
