If I was buying a second car for under £3K and keeping my Zed, I wouldn;t bother getting something too flash. OK leather seats and aircon are nice but If its just a city runabout then I'd stay well clear of Clio Williams (aren't they about 15 years old now?) or other things like that as they will just cost you loads to keep on the road. I think Gixxer has had the best suggestion with a Golf TDi.
When you want to have a proper blast, take the Zed out, otherwise I'd keep it simple and keep it cheap. (All IMHO )
So what your saying Andy the Nissan factory workers carried it out to the car park because they could not be bothered to put some wheels on it to make life easy and then put it on some cheap stands? Mmmm think you may be right
Definitely looks like a Nissan Car lot to me and you can see at the bottom of the drivers door that its still got tape on... Wheels have probably been nicked though.
please ring me about the lights, thanks kev on
it would be advisable to pm him your no imo
yes i have pm him twice now but no reply, he either on hols or already sold them, thanks kev
I think what Gixxer was referring to was the telephone number you posted in your previous post. Its public for everyone in the world to see. Gixxer was subtley advising you to delete it from your post and PM him the number.
HTH
You should definitely ask them directly though, just to cover your arse. Would still be worth checking it out somewhere else too if you are worried.
Excellent prices in that case
I very nearly have a couple of times now. I've driven the classic and the Superlight R (1600 engine) on a track and I absolutely love them. Also driven a Westfield Megabusa on the road but I didn't think it was a patch on the Sevens.
I'll get one soon enough... probably not this year though.
I'm not sure what the wheel sizes need to be but can you not email the store and ask them to confirm? At least that way, if you buy them and they don't fit you've got something to refer to when you ask for your moneyback.
Are those prices for 4 wheels? Seem very cheap!
Nice one Rob
I've got a load of Alpine gear sitting in my loft (4-channel amp, 2-channel amp, sub, 4 component sets, head unit, changer...) makes me want to put it in the car.... Why have I not done this already
Looks good!
I've been craving a Caterham 7 for a good 5 years now. I get their monthly newsletter by email and everytime it arrives I get a massive urge to move house and buy one with a garage!
