Stuey - all these jobs are not hard to do at all - its more about taking your time , planning, and hunting around for bargains - avoid places like B&Q etc go to trades places - theres that one across from the old B&Q is'nt there next to petrol station - cant think of the name at the mo - ask in there and they would be happpy to recommend someone for you. If you need to borrow a cement mixer I have one - but I am doing my mums patio at the mo - well I was till I got a Zed - so on the look out for a van again to get the stuff in the back If you want I am happy to pop over one night after work and give you an idea of what can and cannot be done and rough costs (Not a builder myself but done 3 houses over last 15 years or so!!) but at least you know what to expect and maybe some stuff I can help you with - in return for a cup of coffee!! Absolute tripe but worth a look purely for eye candy reasons - That chick can fix my central heating anytime she wants!! My old house was 1937 semi - granted the boiler was a French chaffoteaux combi - the devils spawn no less - new water activation swicth every year - in fact after 13 years I could write a manual on how to fix it myself!! My Baxi boiler finally gave up completely last night - no hot water or heating - so now I am freezing my wingnuts off! Just nipped out to gas shop place to get someone to pop over today- oh heaven in the Zed - heated seats, heater warms up so quickly - I should work in the Zed with my laptop!

We should really do a list of Nissan dealers on here with some sort of rating good or back experiences - trouble is its so subjective to each person - they would probably want to sue us anyway! I have been told that some Nissan dealers do check this forum - wonder why?
