  1. You sure that wasn't because of all the Birthday cakes Tried any sleeping policemen yet ?

    renault coupe

I bet at least one 350z will have this revving beside it at the lights by the end of the year. Not even a pretty car but it will hit the corporate car lists as it as at least 2+2 so those that run a ban on 2 seater cars will still be able to get it.
  4. Hadn't seen this up here and was wondering if this is what happened to the 550 big.horse.poo ? Thank you United Airlines for sharing this.
  5. We've had own pigs and other animals(no surprise I guess), and even salted our own bacon/hams in an old bath in one of the barns (all gone now), even took a sick sheep to the vet in the back of a Ford Escort as he was too busy to come to us. Sure it gave a few tourists in the village a laugh. Off course a few apples are not for eating either Can't beat a good Bacon sandwich with own bacon, fried eggs and HP sauce (never grown that). Can just smell/taste a bacon sarny right now.
  6. Welcome, welcome, welcome ! Think the nub of your question has already been answered, go take one for a test drive but if wet be aware the rear can let go a bit earlier than you might expect.
  7. Enjoy you "lucky, lucky b£$%^d"
  8. 19'' hope your sitting down..........£745 each Good job I was

Can't make my own opinion up on those, so staying on the fence. Maybe you should hold a stock of every coloured Zed to take pictures of them on for all of us
  10. Rhubarb - recommend variety Timperly Early if you've not got some already. Try some beans - French ones, still time and they don't grow so big but produce a good crop go on get something growing
  11. Welcome and I think you should get a Zed as well
  12. Welcome, welcome, welcome ! "unsupervised" - how did that go when you went back to your supervisor ? Great choice and

bigphil +1 Could we say Bigphil is creating a monopoly? I think he is having some help and would it then be a Zedopoly ? and he would then be a Zedophile
  14. Managed sweetcorn here as well, but I suspect small in comparison, even got some passion fruit a few times. Got a couple of Kiwi plants(boy/girl) nothing yet and do they ever grow fast ! Re. carrots, shady patch and light soil, if warm white fly will have them fast so can disguise smell between onions or other items, funnily enough Marigolds are quite helpful. Bok Choy is lovely, might give that a try, good idea. Stanski could always put his name down for an allotment locally and then the bulky stuff could be done there, quite an amusing idea to role up to an allotment in a Zed.
  15. Firstly I am not a mechanic. That said my understanding is that the second sensor gives a signal about the air/fuel mixture and has a longer time period between signals than the first sensor, it is not used for engine control operation. It may mean that there is either a problem in a connection for the sensor or some other minor problem that is affecting the air / fuel ratio but not a serious one. As the duration of time between it occurring is reducing I would recommend a professional check to at least rule out a faulty sensor or connection (it is possible given you have a slightly older car). As said, I'm not a mechanic so follow advice they gave in that it is safe to drive carefully to a professional to get it checked, a Nissan Dealer should have the right equipment to run the diags and be able to eliminate probable causes. Best of luck.
  16. Welcome, welcome, welcome. Guess it is going to be time for you and a friend to fiddle, not a lot of room in the back for someone to easily identify direct source. This is one of those irritating things that you hope turns out to be something not to do with the car rolling about in a cubby hole, embarrassing but very easily fixed.
  17. Wouldn't be very difficult I never hit right notes even in the wrong order and my timing/rhythm when dancing is best known as random Martin, did you eat all of the cake ? will we see pics of only crumbs left ?
  18. Lol yeah, I knew that - I usually take the screwfix catalogue with me to BQ and compare prices. I remember a vent BQ were selling for £4.95 was 1.50 online. I have noticed the screwfix prices have been creeping up a lot though and they are closer in price than they used to be. I think the guy who set Screwfix up and then sold out to B&Q set up ToolStation not so very long ago, could be wrong but it all seemed to have rather a lot of coincidences, worth keeping an eye on for prices etc.. I prefer the solder route as well.
  19. hope not literally. A303 for you then, good route depending whereabouts a couple of fun roads around, but then they nearly all are in a Zed.
  20. Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday dear MartinMac, Happy Birthday to you, hic! enjoy cake, jelly and fizzy pop
  21. Would be interesting to know, and then of course is there any real difference in the exhaust fittings between the years. Can't recall ever hearing about any changes, but then could be wrong again.
  22. Think Stans got a lardy complex after Wales, dragging an extra 100 kg is worrying him Lardy cake ? Haven't had a good one of those in years. EXTRA 100kg, that is what I call a real performance inhibitor !
