  1. Yes, although it will be tight so you need something to clamp on to the shaft. Mole grips or heavy pliers wrapped around some cloth should do it.
  2. Damn, I was hoping for a vote too Keep #2 sell #1.
  3. One looks genuine and a nice little car - the other looks like a scam
  4. A real woman is a mans best friend. She will never stand him up & never let him down. She will reassure him when he feels insecure & comfort him after a bad day. She will inspire him to do things he never thought he could do, she will enable him to express deepest emotions & give in to his most intimate desires. She will make him feel confident & sexy, seductive & invincible... No wait .... I'm thinking of beer, It's beer that does that. Sorry!!
  5. I use these guys. Very professional and only deal with fast cars (not chav cars) so are very trustworthy not to zoom off with your beloved. You have to say if you want genuine parts which is not a problem, just have to mention this before you arrive for the service! They use Millers oil exclusively unless you want to supply your own. http://www.revolution247.com/ You can also sit and have a coffee and wait for your car, or drool over the alloys in the shop.
  6. +1 I have had mine for a few years now and I still love the sound it makes.
  7. I wouldn't get too hung up on mileage if i were you. These cars go for ever. So long as it has been looked after higher mileage can save you plenty of money.
  8. I went 30mm but after nearly losing my exhaust a few times on speed bumps and raised manholes I adjusted back up to 20mm and never hit anything. There is nothing worse than the slow grind from your car as some tarmac/metal/concrete/small dog scrapes some of the bottom of your car off
  9. Yikes! I did that once on a go-kart although thankfully the wheel was only about 7.5 inches
  10. Too much snow here for the Z since Wednesday (and still it comes). The car is parked up under about 20cm of it at the moment. Woke up this morning to see this work of art outside my window - I think it is a remnant of the Newcastle-Chelsea match yesterday
  11. Um, isn't that a reflection? I'm not a fan of orange but the interior is ok. I sometimes get tired of the acres of black inside my car. just had another look and maybe it isn't blue and cream, just a really bad photo
  12. Hi Guys, Wondering if anyone out there can help. I need to repair a circuit board for s 2-button Citroen remote but the back-side of the circuit board (the side without micro-switches)has some components missing. Without a template to work from I don't know what is missing! If anyone out there has two-button remote key, any chance you could take a decent snap of the circuit board and post it up? Or PM me and I will send you my email address? The higher resolution the better as the parts are quite small. The top-side looks like this: Really hope you can help! Thanks Chris
  13. v Nice out of interest, i know this has been done for sound, but are you considering a dyno run with and without cutouts?
  14. I saw one of those Audis in Newcastle last week. The guy was parked up and looked v cool... until the Countach owner with the skinny blonde passenger pulled in and parked in front of him.
  15. Sorry Guys, I forgot someone on here might want this... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=220677959294 ...but you may not want these... (but pleeeeease someone buy them! ) http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 0677964194

  17. Zmanalex will help you A low-miler replacement is definitely the best idea. AFAIK the engines are generally good and not prone to failure at all - you must have one that has had a very bad past. Low miler replacement can be found, after all there are unfortunate amounts of people who stuff the cars into hedges etc.

Jesus I just used up my monthly internet allowance on that page!
  19. I haven't tried the D1 but my UpRev tune is not severe on the pedal at all. Quite drivable just a little, well, snappier to respond. Certainly not dangerous in the wet by any means. Th car is just normal unless you are going for it, and when you do it behaves responsively. Defo no brown trouser moments waiting for you.
  20. Warning, very rude words and subjects (but no nasty pictures). But very funny if you like that sort of humour. Don't look then complain afterwards My favourite http://208.116.9.205/10/content/23787/1.jpg The power of punctuation http://www.lamebook.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/begin2.png Um... http://208.116.9.205/10/content/23787/1.jpg
  21. A few rude words and images in this one, but rib-crackingly good and well made. First comment on YouTube is: "Look at you comment, now back to mine. Now back at your comment now back to mine. Sadly, it isn't mine, but if you stopped trolling and started posting legitimate comments it could look like mine. Look down, back up, where are you? You're scrolling through comments, writing the comment your comment could look like. What did you post? Back at mine, it's a reply saying something you want to hear. Look again, the reply is now diamonds. Anything is possible with legit comments. I'm on a chair." For those in the know
  22. Been thinking of getting shot of my OEM backbox and middle section for months now. If you are anywhere near Newcastle (upon-Tyne) or Leeds then PM me, otherwise I will be putting it up for sale on the Forum next week
  23. There is a dealer in Edinburgh, that is where my car originated (the owner before me). If you use a dealer for the oily work, double the prices I have quoted You will be fine with a trustworthy sportscar specialist.
