  1. Not a good update: Thursday I had a run in with some wildlife, a Badger the size of a Boar Luckily I was not going quickly, (25-30) But it done enough damage to balls up my day Initially I thought the bumper was a write off but I think I`ve managed to salvage it with a little repair work. There are 5 cracks & some of the underside missing to the laft hand side of the bumper which I`ve spent today fibre glassing, filling & sanding. Sanded flat Ready for priming Primed Just need to get some kuro black paint tomorrow Other damage caused by this strike was the wheel arch lining popped out & has cracked in a few places, The oil cooler has been bent back so will need to replace it & my Z-speed is a bit bent but I`m sure I can straighten it.
  2. Sam: I still have the berks on, but they are empty I think the limiter was @ 7k before but not sure, I don`t look @ the needle
  3. ^^^^ me also, I just get the occasional miss which to be fair sounds pretty good when the cars hot. I think Chris`s issue is likely to be down to the long duration cams as previously mentioned on here
  4. Thanks for the feedback CrumbMC, well I went to get the tyres fitted yesterday & the tyre fitter ( a friend of mine) whom is always very careful with my wheels, dropped one which landed face down So I`m having to repair the damaged paint Hopefully I`ll have it sorted by the weekend, in the meantime I`m stuck with the de-laminating bridgestones
  5. Any donation is greatly appreciated even if you don`t leave me a message https://www.justgiving.com/Darren-Bell

  9. Haydn, get yourself signed up: http://www.stroke.org.uk/battersea It`s for a great cause & should be a memorable experience. We take the work that these charities do for granted sometimes & it`s not until something tragic happens close to you that you realise the work they do

  16. After recently losing my aunt unexpectedly, I have decided that I want to help fund raise for the Stroke association. I`m not a fan of heights so I going to face my fears & participate in The Decent @ Battersea Power Station, http://www.stroke.org.uk/battersea it`s an Abseil of 100ft down this iconic landmark on the 3 of November! I`m taking this chance to do something inspirational whilst making a difference for a worthwhile cause. So if any of you guy`s & girls are feeling generous & would like to help me support this great cause please follow the link below to my just giving page. https://www.justgiving.com/Darren-Bell

  18. Darren, are you really dropped about 60mm? I've had 2 responses (1 via PM) to the below thread and the OEM height is about 670. viewtopic.php?f=100&t=66124 I don`t know how much it`s dropped, I changed it so many times I don`t know whats stock

  20. Hold on I think I see him on the red carpet
  21. Has anyone spotted Ebized @ the F1 turn1/2?
  22. When NA I ran falkens on both sets of wheels & IMO the car handles far better with the 18`s.
  23. I had a little run with one a couple of weeks ago, he pulled over after about 12 miles & we had a chat, (one of the few pleasant Porker drivers) then I led but couldn`t shake him off. Chasing is always easier than leading. I also found an ariel atom to play with after the last grasshopper meet & actually managed to pass him. Those things are so stiff they just bounce around when it comes to a B-road
