only jdms have the heated front screen option, If you use the ac it dries the air so when it gets a little damp and you havent the ac on it will mist up. either never use the ac or always use it simples

might be worth checking the relays powering the fans, possible earthing problem too. Also is the temp gauge in the car going up at all? if not you may have an air lock in the cooling system or a faulty thermostat

Probably the CATS where the idle is up and running a bit rich on startup, dont know about the "compresion" noise, prob the realise bearing, most of them are noisy
