  1. Yes the sequence is: . . . - - - . . .
  2. Shh! The jet ski story sounds better.
  3. Thanks for the replies guys, so tbh I'll just say there isn't an antenna & just stick it. Back on myself failing that I could hide it in the roof lining
  4. Hi all, I'm in the process of getting my windscreen replaced, so just phoning around for prices, each time I've been asked has the screen got an antenna? The only thing I can think it could be for is tge birdview sat nav which I don't have, so can I assume that the screen doesn't have an antenna? The car is a nov 2004 uk gt pack with Bluetooth and all the usual goodies,
  5. Is it me or is the black zed in the 2nd photo having a hard time with body work? Some nice pictures
  6. Taken a closer look at your sig, You have a GT4 so it`s definitely Black
  7. looking at your sig, I`m guessing you have a black Zed, so are you really going to see it, is it going to shout, "look at me I`m carbon!!!??? Unless I was getting it real cheap I personally wouldn`t bother
  8. you can do, but probably best to replace as a pair. Before you do, just check that the bolt through the middle is tight (use an allen key and a ring head spanner, otherwise it will just turn right threough)
  9. I run 452`s on my rays & personally have found that about 30 psi cold is good for my setup, but I do like to keep my tyres warm As Ekona said, the Falkens have softer sidewalls so will feel different, they are much more forgiving but unfortunately give less feel in my opinion, better at dispersing water over the bridgestones too, maybe because there directional??? There my thoughts anyhow
  10. If the front tyres are worn, or the new rears are the wrong size/profile this can cause the esp/abs to kick in prematurely as the wheel speeds will be out, had this issue myself with new rear tyres & worn front ones
  11. Excellent choice, I am still yet to try one in fear I`ll upset the accountant and buy 1, great choice, love the colour & wheels too
  12. I know of UTEC But never heard of MTEC, The ZED aerial is easy, just unscrews, same fitting as all the other jap crap
  13. It`s a strange one, as my 54plate has never needed a drip over the last 40k I`ve done in it, but you hear others that use a fair amount of oil, Alot of the Audi engines drink oil in the handbooks it states that upto a litre of oil consumption over 1000miles is perfectly normal although I have not heard of this sort of consumption on zeds but its not necessarily a huge amount over 8k. My mazda drinks nearly a litre every 1000miles,
  14. I saw it for the first time today & found it hilarious Stupid Russians
  15. Yes I`ve had the soft compound before, & soft they certainly are, great in the wet though, afraid that I cant really budget for these at the mo as I`m in the process of a boost upgrade & water/meth install on my other car
  16. Any volunteers? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MGJApB6NxyI
  17. I`m very interested in the Rays, the 888`s are they the soft or medium compound?
  18. Hey Sparky Sorry to hear of your unfortunate health situation, I like many others wish you the best for a speedy recovery & hope you can get back in your zed as soon as. If I was up on my feet myself I would have come over to give your zed a once over. All the best GWS
  19. I think thats what i said earlier, i think this is just a question about the peddle travel and position for comfort and feel, some people including me, like to have a fairly direct feel, and in this case a lot of clutch peddles can be adjusted to accommodate a wide range of positions and movement, provided there is still enough travel to fully disengage the clutch, and also not have it partially disengaged, which as said will quickly kill the friction plate. What I was referring was This is normally a sign of either a worn clutch or air within the hydraulic system. I personally would check out the mechanical side of it first to ensure that your not covering up a potential problem of either a worn clutch or air within the system. Thats just my two pennies worth
  20. Ive a better & somewhat cheaper answer, go somewhere cold a reduction in temperature increases an engines performance, every 7`F is about 1BHP
  21. Use Ian`s diagram and you will have no problems
