Thanks Y'know I'll have been at home for 5 weeks come wednesday, I've had loads of time that I coulda been driving around, and It'll be just typical if I get called away a day or so before collection! Here's hoping though.

I'm positive that if I don't collect the car on thursday, I shall be crying into my pillow for the next 3 weeks!!! I'll know for definate on Monday whether or not I'll be home or not, so just keep keeping those fingers crossed for me, eh?

From another noob to the site. I have to ask whether or not you want to stand out on the road? you won't in the beemer, common as dog poo! you would in both the lotus and the zed, but for my money, it'd have to be the latter. My only experience with an elise was my mate's car when we were up in the highlands, it handled like a go-kart around the mountain roads with absolute insane accelaration! what a rush. For about half an hour, anything more was agony, I was sure I was going to be passing blood that night it was so rough on the internals!!! And whilst I only went in it a few times, I found it awkward to get in and out(I'm 6'), but perhaps I just hadn't got my technique down. 5..... That weather is starting to look iffy

She keeps saying that if I can't make it she'd gladly pick it up, I bet she bloody would! I told her that it's not so often that I buy a new car that I would sacrafice that whole experience on this occasion. I said that it'd just have to wait til I get home, but that could be another 3 weeks How would I cope!!! Just been looking at the graphs, Martin. At the moment it shows the wave and swell height trailing off early weds morning This could be very bad news! Midday thurs looks workable, with the swell rising slightly on friday. If that doesn't jump up over 2 metres, I could be going Weds I implore everyone, pleased keep those fingers crossed Are you up there now, then Martin?
