To be fair, as a business the case is a LOT stronger for buying EV's, at least for the moment as CCT and VED dont apply. As an individual, not so much

I like the fact that he is actually politically different and is offering something else; but when he has split his own party then he wont be threatening the Tories in an election for at least 8 years

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/181866339494 is a mate of a guy on SXOC, pretty standard as well

If in real terms the Tesla costs you £35K and the Ferrari £250K due to tax then its certainly viable. Tax efficiency affects everybody, but its only the higher earners that take advantage of it generally.

Thats is lucky, Ive got be honest and say Im amazed you were in competition with spec like that and no cage though .......... Call for the reshell I reckon, good luck

And Id be looking at coilovers, I got on very well with my HSD's. The standard suspension is too soft on track IMO, its sooooo much better with a bit of stiffness (which the ARB's would give as well)

Wut?...your post is wrong from start to finish. No its not. Sure, the inside of the tyre will wear more than the outside but very slowly - if they tyre is good for 10K miles then its still going to do pretty much 10K miles, but the outside isnt going to wear down as quickly. "Wearing in front of my eyes" is not going to be due to camber, it will be alignment. Hes also right on the ride quality, preload is preload, it doesnt change depending on height. My old Zed was lowered 55mm but rode better than a lot of standard cars due to decent quality suspension and proper setup

I had HSD's on mine and they blew me away, Ive tried lots of coilovers on lots of cars and these were arguably the best, they are also damn good value IMO. Ive got a Bilstein kit on my 135i and while its superb on bumpy B roads the car is a lot "looser" than it would be on coilovers. When the HSD's are so compliant thats difficult to look past IMO ........

Easiest way is to absolutely blast it down a quiet, straight motorway runway as Uprev removes the 155mph speed limiter. Ive gone past 155 (162 IIRC) and it didnt stop, mine isnt uprevved either
-
If I had a 350Z with TC stuck permanently on Id get rid of it, seriously. Horrible system IMO. Anyway, sounds like the button, get a multimeter on it and see
-
If its any help I had a Chargespeed kit customised to fit huge new arches, you may find thats a better starting point than mixing and matching 4 different kits and hoping it looks alright. You can see where the original back bumper would have finished where the vents are the guy that did mine has built outwards to meet with the arch, he did a nice job

100%, the savings are a few KG at best and bear in mind that if youre getting carbon doors you'll need a cage with door bars as well .......... weight saving effectively lost. The one that might be worth a look is the hatch, Ive read that CF can be 20KG lighter than stock ........... but you can save nearly that by removing the spare wheel and jack. Word on the street is that good quality CF is all made in the same place, so an unbranded version will be the same as Seibon but a lot cheaper

Lose the TAG/Rising Sun/Brembo stickers and the Nismo's on the wheels, get it 15mm lower and win at 350's

Apart from flaming inlets and the smell, why? As far as I remember carbs are a bloody nightmare, particularly if you want to start dicking around with your engine. Or starting from cold, or starting from hot, or changing altitude, or changing fuel type, or running in hot weather ......... you get the picture
-
Its about what I paid for 430hp and 550+ lb/ft of torque and I got a free BMW 1 Series thrown in as well! As Jetpilot says, best bet is to buy one already done unless you are going to do the work yourself/enjoy pain and stress.
-
I think youd be lucky at £10-12K TBH, particularly if you want to get the most from it. Youre looking at turbo kit, forged engine components + installation, beefy clutch, standalone management, wheels, tyres, mapping ............ and thats without labour, if you got a garage to do it all I doubt youd see change from £15K.

No, thats what makes a 911 a 911, every other Porsche has had a different format and has been better for it IMO. The 911 is an amazing piece of engineering, no doubt, but it makes you wonder what they could have developed if they started with the engine in a more realistic position and a bit of weight over the front wheels. Like they did with all of their other awesome cars in fact, hw good would a Cayman with 50 years development be?? With variable vane, twin scroll and 7/8 speed twin clutch gearboxes the compromises with turbos just arent there anymore and the benefits are massive - huge torque over an entire rev range, instant response and unbelievable fuel economy (I got 32mpg on a run the other day with 430hp), so why not? Its different from the move from Air Cooled, the character of the cars changed when that happened (I think they became GT cars instead of sportscars), and I think it will probably be bettererer unless you love 911's so much you have a tattoo of one

UZ is a prime candidate for FI though, very strong internals, revvy and decent displacement .......... but this just add to the grief.

First up - discs dont warp, they can get deposits which is usually what the juddering and shaking are all about. The 350Z Brembo discs are good, Id just get them skimmed and see if it sorts the problem out. On pads, it depends what you want them to do. I did a lot of track work in my Zed so wanted the best, but the best are also the most expensive. If youre just doing road work then pretty much anything will do the job, Id personally recommend Ferodo DS2500 but its up to you. The Pagids you are looking at will be OE equivalent, hence why they are a lot cheaper than a Pagid RS29 for instance

And as if by magic .......... he kid's family werent fearing impending death at the hands of ISIS, they had lived in Turkey for at least 2 years and apparently had relatives who were going to sponsor them to go to Canada. They "decided they should try and get to Greece", not being funny but that doesnt sound like their lives were in imminent danger to me. In light of this, if there is only a limited number of refugees the EU can accept, should these places not have gone to someone in genuine fear for their lives rather than someone looking for a better deal? You know, like what refugees actually are? Theres definitely a major issue here but why not mention the fact that none of the megarich bordering Muslim states (Saudi, UAE, Bahrain etc.) take any refugees or offer any aid rather than this sensationalist crap? Oh, thats right, that wouldnt sell as many papers would it? -
Maserati Granturismo, Aston Vantage or ...... Decision P8

Fixed that for you. I was trying not to offend anyone. For once Surely if the Jag has occasion, an Aston will have double and a Maserati will be off the scale? -
Thats like saying "I pulled this gorgeous bird the other day, she was perfect in every way ........... apart from her glass eye. Oh, and the one leg, lack of sense of humour and fascination with Mike Brewer. Ahhh, and now I come to mention it, the sex change thing could be an issue too ........ A someone else has said, one misjudgement is forgivable, but constant, repeated fail on this scale should be mocked.

I ran full decat with a cobra non resonated and never had a problem, although it sounded bloody loud I didnt ever get bumped anywhere, youll be fine IIRC it was 96 dB static, maybe 97

Youre joking, right? The fact half the country calls the GTR "Godzilla" but wont consider a jag until they are over 40 says a lot IMO  Regardless, GTR running costs from what Ive seen are no more than Im expecting to pay on my (admittedly modified) 135i a year, anything in that ballpark is going to be £1000/1500 at the end of the day. If you want a supercar, you have to maintain a supercar. -

TBH Syra is even less easy than that, it was only 2-3 years ago we were talking about arming ISIS to fight Assad, user of chemical weapons. Apparently we have done a full 180 on this now and Assad is actually a good guy after all. I personally object to seeing pics of dead kids all over the place as well, the media can portray what they want how they want and any apathy to this point is entirely down to them. To now come out and start blaming us for not caring enough is bullshit.
