What drop is that on the rear?? It looks very low.

Reversing aids? Bit late now, you should have worn a nodder. ...but how can you keep bumping into things?? Just have a look around either before you make your maneuver, or before you get in the car at what your potential obstacles are - then nothing will surprise you.

How did it look before? Both my zeds have had cubby lids like that, and i always see people talking about it on here but i dont know what the other type looks like?

Treated myself to a couple of Diecast models last night. I've always wanted one of these but they're usually so expensive. There is a shop called Model Zone in the Trafford Center and they have the 1:32 scale diecasts for between £60 and £100. However yesterday they had a big sale on and had some of the cheaper Burago models available... and i got a pair for only £20! The detail on them is superb, and i spent a long time looking at the more expensive counterparts and i honestly can see no difference.

If this happened to my car it would be like the movie Taken. I would be doing a liam neeson driving around all the crappy areas of town to find out who did it, and then i would set fire to them when i found them.

Paint them yourself. I did my winter wheels myself for about 40 quid in materials. Okay you might need a spare set of wheels while you paint them, but got to be easier than finding someone with the wheels you want, who is willing to swap. Dont knock it till you've tried it Dave... (not the angry birds ). I think its just easier to see when on a HUD and its not distracting at all. Its because you dont have to adjust your focus to see something near and then back to far again. You can just sense it in your peripheral vision. When the car is imported, it will have to go through an SVA test. As part of this they change the main speedo to output in MPH, and every import i've seen has a tiny square of black electrical tape stuck over the k in kmph, so it looks like mph. You can barely see it.

Wjen you turn them on do they flicker very slightly first, before appearing to warm up and get brighter? Is so they're HIDs. If you have them you can buy bulbs off eBay for about £9 each. You need to buy D2R bulbs, and you just need to increase the colour temperature. I think the standard bulbs are only 4300k which are very yellow. I have 10000k in my car and they are perfect white, but i might try 12000k next time for a bit more of a bluish tint.
