  3. Just seen this on ebay bud... think thats a fairly good price compared to Nissan isnt it...? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/nissan-350z-windo ... 240%3A1318 PS... sorry, tried tidying the link several times but it wont have it - think the | symbol is throwing it off...
  4. Hey bud, I had fairly major spine surgery in April and actually put my zed up for sale at the time as i thought i wouldnt be able to drive it/hack the pain after the surgery - but it didnt sell and within a month i was driving regularly again... (even though i was told not to). Tell him to stick it out
  5. Do it mate - its all good fun. And if anything goes wrong, yeh its really annoying and will make you want to kick your dog or something, but in 6 months time its worth it and you can laugh about it.
  6. I wouldnt personally - i used some halfords bug and tar remover on my standard jdm wheels and it made a bit of a mess of the finish!
  7. Ha ha... you're not the first, and you certainly wont be the last mate To be honest, its probably quicker to just whip the bumper off, take the headlight out, and shake out the bulb... Thats probably a 20minute job
  8. My last day of work today, before 2 weeks off
  9. The hurry up button does it for me. I'll take one.
  10. Hmmm, i didnt realise that PCP and Leasing were different. In my mind, i have no intention of buying the car at the end of the term - so in that case, im only looking at the monthly payments for the car. So how does leasing weigh up against PCP there? If i wanted, for example a Porsche Cayman and i know i could afford say, £500 a month for 3 years - then surely PCP/Lease is best for me. I dont have money in the bank, and would be very reluctant to get a loan for a used Cayman... as i've been spanked on my zed - i still owe over £11k, and its probably worth £8k at most - i can only see that happening on a larger scale with a Cayman
  11. I've been looking at leasing for the last few weeks... i think its got to be much better than ownership. http://www.broker4cars.co.uk/pcp-car-finance.htm Fill in the details for your choice of car etc... Its slightly more expensive than i was expecting though... i think you're looking at close to £500 a month on a 35k car, over 4 years
  12. The one on Chorlton Street, above the StageCoach depot is it?
  13. Hey bud. You most likely wont feel any performance increase from an induction kit, but they are more than worth it for the grin factor - they sound amazing!! Looking at £95 for a Pop Charger
  14. Yup, mines very twitchy at the moment. Amanda is banned from driving it for the time being, she aint impressed Im loving it...! I've got my standard 17" JDM's on for the winter, and have been breaking traction on purpose at every safe opportunity! Not drifting round bends like a fool - more like tesco carpark at 11pm at night when nobodys about! Top fun.
  15. I want it. That looks sweet!!!
  16. Yep - mine gets red hot too..... nothing to worry about
  17. As the title says... first one i've ever seen parked up, so able to card it...! The missus called me a wierdo
  18. Just to throw a cat amongst the pidgeons - i believe the later models with higher BHP have less torque... How this relates to everyday driving, i dont know...?
  19. I removed my rear mudflaps when i had to remove the rear bumper recently - they're held on by 3 bolts - and there are no marks where they were... I might put them back on if i can be bothered next year!
  20. Welcome bud. I love fully blacked out cars... I had an old bmw and everything on it was black - i loved it
  21. Welcome pal. Get some pics up... (of the cars, not the wife... although dont be shy - we're all friends here ) I've just been looking at Skylines on Autotrader - but dont fancy the GTR running costs - how much do you reckon it costs you in a year? I read an article on R34 GTR ownership a few months ago and they were saying it costs about £10k a year
  22. Nutter!! You can justify LED's now...!!!
  23. Me too bud, and i've had mine a year Welcome Sue... top forum this....
