I cant afford to have RC as a hobby! i used to do it in early teens and my car was off the track more than on it - and then i attempted to take it up again last year... bought all the car and kit etc - took it to a meet, and 3 things broke on the first day! Cost me another 40quid to carry on It brought back all my previous bad memories - so i came home and stuck the thing on eBay! Have to admit though - that drifting looks ace.

Its a fact of life mate - valve caps will be stolen! I just kee buying replacements from the poundshop in town!

Nice one stew... would love to do this but dont fancy it in my auto on standard jdm brakes. Get yourself on a drift day too - thats also great fun.

Cant you purchase this part from a donor car? They're not vehicle specific are they? There are usually loads of written off zeds on eBay for breaking - can u email one of the sellers?

Think you'd be suprised at the amount of work involved mate... i've only ever seen 1 person thats swapped the LEDs in the dash and that was in the states... and i think it was a massive job!

I recommend just going with one of the traders on here mate. First hand experience and you know you'll get good after sales service should you need it. Try CS or the Chillies.

Yeh you're right Dan - they hold all the cards because of the exclusivity deal. Si - i think thats the route i'll have to go down... i've just been on their website and it explained your option of paying off your remaining balance... but if i did that now it'd be £420. However, i could be wrong but i think after 9 months you can start reducing your tariff incrementally, so it might take me another 4 months before i can get it down to £15 a month - but then i can pay it all in one go... so still a 7 month wait...! Balls.

Hi guys, just looking for ideas - how can i get the new iPhone? I signed up to a new contract in december and sold the phone it came with and kept my Samsung F480. However, i've had this a year now, and want the new iPhone, but i've got 12 months left on my contract. Can anyone think of a way that i can convince O2 to give me one at a reduced rate? I dont want to go and pay them £500 for a sim-free one, or pay £300 on eBay...! Any ideas?

No way - i hated it The first one was hands down the best film i've ever seen at the cinema but this one was weak. Really not impressed with it.

Ok, this is now off the car as of 1 hr ago. They even gave me some new nuts and bolts to give to the buyer At the moment the exhaust is filthy and im not cleaning it again. I spent an hour and a half on it with the brasso when i got it in March - so whoever buys it can clean it themselves. I never got it 100% clean - there were several tarnished areas, but maybe a different product like autosyl (sp?) will remove them...? The pic below is from when i got it, after cleaning...
