Welcome Colin, I have an auto and it is fantastic. I was dubious at first incase something went wrong with it, but it is bullet proof. It is not slow at all, and makes day to day driving a pleasure, as well as fast road driving excellent. The only place where it does lack is on track... but for the couple of times a year i get to track it, im not too concerned. I've had mine for 2.5 years now. There is nothing in particular to look out for that im aware of... Insurance is slightly more expensive being an import, but maybe only £50 - £100 a year.

+1 on the ferrari red. I'd have a wrap, but as you say Chris, the edges dont go in far enough. I do want mu mirrors wrapped though soon..

Is ot just me that doesnt like these? Gallardo = one of my favorite cars, but these dont do it for me.

I bought one from Halfords a few years ago... it was a full suspension bike, looked amazing, and it was only £50! I went on a ride with my bro and my bro-in-law (who both have relatively good bikes - £250 & £750), and they're both 15 years older than me, and i thought i was gonna die...! It was a dead simple ride - 26mile former railway line so completely flat, and after about 17miles i was ruined. At one point they were 15mins ahead of me and they stopped and waited for me to catch up. At that point we swapped bikes, and they both instantly started whinging - we did a free wheel test... pedal upto the same speed and then stop pedaling and see how far you coast - and my bike was managing 10yds compared with their 60-70yds!!!! Thats why i was in such a state!! Needless to say i didnt take it out on any more long rides..!

16... thats old for a lab. My springer spaniel died last year at 16... and his brother who belongs to my aunty died the same day, despite living 100 miles apart! We had them as puppies as we had their mum. Make the most of him while he's still around.

Make sure you do your research on getting 19's - they will affect the handling if you get the wrong set. I bought what are considered to be 'cheapies',as they were only £1k. They made the car handle terribly as they were too heavy and i ended up taking them off and returning to stock. They were awful.
