Average speed cameras??? They're the worst. I spend more time looking at my speedo trying to keep it under 50 than i do looking at the road.
What these cameras/reports dont look at is how many were caught while the WORKFORCE WAS IN THE ROAD. If they leave the camera on and the signs up 24/7 but the road workers are only there for a few hours, then it is just bo!!ocks.
Lip came apart, and they i couldnt go over 85mph as they would wobble, and they just felt heavy anyway with normal driving.
They were 19x8.5 and 19x9.5, et22 on the front and et35 on the rear (crap i know), on standard suspension.
Rochford Tyres (http://www.alloywheels.com/) do wheel finance.
Be warned though mate, £1k is bargain basement for wheels & tyres. I bought a set at £1k a couple of years ago and they were cack, and ruined the handling of the car. I took them off and returned to my stock 17's
+1 i had an amazing rub against a modified clio 172... we were equal up to 90 then i pulled away very slightly, and on the roundabouts he hammered me. But its still a Clio
Ahh... just done some reading up on it... Tis a good idea.

In the towing eye in the front grill?
Or make/buy a mount to attach to the headrests and have it in the car.
I believe suction mounts are now banned... (they are at least on th last 2 days i've been on.
