  1. First time i've looked at this thread, and im seriously impressed. I've never seen ODBII scanner's before or looked into what they do... I take it they're relatively cheap? Googled ELM327 as per your picture, and found the following: http://bestofferbuy.com/ELM327-USB-Vehi ... aign=gbase So if i bought that, and say, plugged it into my laptop in the car, and had the dashcommand software you have, that i could see all that cool @*!# (to put it technically )? If so then im getting one!!!
  2. Yup, my JDM is 1 touch...
  3. Ouch, expensive times... you'll have to give your zed some tlc for the summer after you get back...! All the best though bud.
  4. Had the same problem with mine... i rounded the top ones off and my mate at the garage had to melt the hole things off using the acetylene tanks...! D'oh.
  5. Bump... nobody interested? This was a short lived business venture
  6. DO NOT book it in with them. Come on here and do your research first!! You will save a fortune!
  7. Watched this on my iPhone last night... is this the new Call of Duty?
  8. Result mate... Always a scary day.
  9. Looks very tidy bud. I've still not seen any of this in the flesh. I prefer the wet look carbon so will be interested to see if this stuff looks good.

  11. Hammer on a socket one size smaller? Or get a blow torch and apply some heat? Last choice, grind it off?
  12. You'd be suprised... bumper off is a 5 minute job. (for my JDM at least, without the 2nd washer bottle).
  13. Yes can do mate, good idea. Will do a guide at the weekend. Seeing as you had your bumper off though, this will be a walk in the park for you
  14. Do you have clear ones on your car currently? Im having trouble sourcing the reflectors. If you are interested, you can always remove your reflectors and post them to me, and i can fit the lights and return, within the week. The only down side to you is that you dont have any reflectors for a week. PM me if interested.

    Engine needed

May struggle on here mate, but try driftworks or sxoc.
  16. Update - i have 1 set now for sale here: viewtopic.php?f=38&t=34635
  17. Why have none of you wired it so that its on permanently?? Mine is just on, and then when i want to view it, i just change inputs on the head unit. No big deal at all That way i dont have to be in reverse every time i want to show somebody.
  18. I have an auto and think its fantastic. The tiptronic override is very useful.
  19. Yep, whatever you do, dont over tighten them. And i thought the torque setting to use was 110nm personally. To do the fronts, i put a long sturdy screwdriver inside the vents of the brake disk, which stops it rotating past your calipers.
  20. Ouch, £400-£500. Sounds a bit over priced to be honest, i'd expect to pay £300 tops. Might be more economical to find a used bonnet in GM and buy that instead... I thin they regularly go for around £100. I would however definitely get it fixed somehow as why would people bother buying a car with such a cosmetic fault? I wouldnt buy it.
