  1. +1... i want neons again (i had them when i was younger on my golf )
  2. I bought a set of stock 18" rims recently and im just in the middle of spraying them myself at the minute... Although Halfords have run out of the colour i was using, so need to wait for them to get it back n stock. I sprayed one of them orange first to see what it looked like, and i wasnt keen: So i've gone for an anthracite colour instead (no paint on these 3 yet, just prepped them last night)
  3. The iPad responds exactly when you touch it, and exactly where you touched it. I have to second guess my Galaxy Tab every single time, as well as wait for it to have a cup of tea before it decides to respond or not. It's the exact same issue I have with all Android touchscreen stuff, their screen and tech just simply isn't a patch on Apple, regardless of how much more you can theoretically do with it. That said, pop into a shop and try them both out, you may find the trade-off in price worth it. I'm probably going to flog my Galaxy Tab cheap soon anyway because I can't be doing with it any more. This is my biggest concern. If the UI really is that @*!# on all but the ipad then the ipad is the only way to go... but then the ipad doesnt do what i want it to do.... so the answer must be to not get any of them then.
  4. Hi, For sale is my D1-Spec throttle controller. I bought this on eBay several months ago, and it worked a treat. I had it on my car for around 200 miles and it was spot on, however i then got a check engine light and a loss of power 3 times within a week. I then disconnected the throttle controller as a process of elimiation and i havent had a check engine light since, having done around 500 miles subsequently, so logic suggests the throttle controller was to blame. Whether it's because my car's an 02 JDM and has a different ECU to UK cars - i dont know if that makes a difference etc... Therefore due to the above, im selling this as **probably faulty - no refunds**, but i'd say it's worth a punt for someone, as it does seem to work fine... £50 incl delivery please. *** EDIT - £40 delivered ***
  5. I've got a laptop... i want a tablet for if im travelling on the train for work, or for watching a tv show in the bathroom when im shaving my head/having a shave etc... ...and the video editing would just be a bonus, as my laptop's 4 years old now so is a bit on the slow side...
  6. Very nice... ...im starting to come around to the 370, and this helps
  7. Anyone here got any opinioins on the iPad2... Im looking at bringing one back from New York next month, however i've been sat thinking about what i'd actually use it for. The top 2 uses are going to be watching movies/tv show's that i've downloaded from the net on my laptop (I have about 1TB of movies/shows), and watching and editing video's i've recorded on my camcorder. It struck me that the iPad obviously doesnt have USB so i'll need to convert/sync everything i want to watch to get it on there, which is going to be a complete waste of time... therefore a different tab with USB and .avi support might be the way to go... but then they're just not an iPad. ...not sure what to do.
  8. Wicked... want to see them.
  9. Group buy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2XyV6Dstnyo&feature=feedrec_grec_index
  10. Good post, i need to get mine done at the next service.
  11. It sounds alright to me and the price isnt too bad... i say offer them £500 less and see what they say. Welcome by the way.
  12. Remind me again how many sets of wheels you've had mart
  13. Looks pretty good. Love the look of the clocks, but im not a fan of touchscreen head units as you have to take your eyes of the road to use them, rather than feel around for buttons.
  14. Welcome mate. Lookin g forward to seeing the pics. Nice write up/intro...
  15. Welcome mate, where are you from?
  16. Cool... From a programming perspective, the AI in there is just incredible. How it knows when the lid of the flask can come off is insane. However you can clearly see the coloured bands on the flask - i wonder if they're what it needs to distinguish that there's a screw top on there...?
  17. Loving the new Kill Confirmed mode... Also ability to save replays from past games, and upload to facebook, how clever is that?! ...and kill streat rewards that can be carried through death so if you're crap like me you can still call in a stealth bomber (This sounds a bit crap, but there seem to be a lot less kill streaks called in than in MW2 which is a good thing).
  18. ...i got it from Tesco at midnight... £41 for the game and 2100 microsoft points which is a bargain! I also got a litre of red bull and have been on it for 3 hours straight... very impressed so far, multiplayer is an improvement over MW2 imho....
