Sorry to hear that, some little scrote has just done the same to mine at the weekend. I am now missing my "Z" from my 350z logo on the boot. As if the pleasure of paying for a new one wasnt enough, I also have a nice scratch where they prised it off. The missus car also had her BMW badge nicked. Really wish I could have caught them doing it, grr Anyone have a spare "Z" they want to sell?

Thanks all, Been quoted two prices from main dealers so far: £176 and £187 (although both said will do it for £150 [as if theyre doing me a favour]). Seems steep for what is essentially an oil change

Hello all, Found this site a few weeks back and read some good advice so far. Picked up my gunmetal GT coupe a couple of months ago, been waiting impatiently for the rain to go away but lately been enjoying the recent dry weather Have to say Im loving the car so far even though 4 new tyres were needed a couple of weeks back (ouch - but worth it!). Even after two months the sound of the exhaust still brings a daft grin to my face. Not sure if I will ever go back to diesel after this. Now for some frienldy advice if you will....P1 service is due soon and not to keen on taking it to a dealers, Id prefer to take it to someone who knows what theyre doing. Does anyone know of any good independent garages in the Newcastle/Durham area? Car is outside of warranty now but would like to keep good history in the book if possible. Many thanks Chris
