  1. I'll put it like this, one hopes that the 453 will have better wet/dry grip and stiffer sidewalls, obviously for the average price bracket they're in. Most of us over here, that have run them or drive cars or Z's with them on a regular basis comment the same thing. They let go when pushing on. Or maybe we just drive harder, or combination of the road surfaces here.
  2. Thats not so easy these days. I built a massive triple garage sized workshop at my old house as i had the land for it, but when I moved the other year there were very few houses these days which had a double garage or even the land to build one on - unless you went for some farm type place. In the end I managed to get a house with a double garage - but any "double garage" seems to only be about 16ft square, so you can just about squeeze 2 cars in and thats it. Lol, sorry was thinking like a Kiwi. Standard here is 2 car garaging at least, sometimes more, like 4 or 5 + if it's a big house.
  3. If you want a chirping alarm, go aftermarket. Welcome.
  4. Haha, and that's just looking at a picture, imagine walking on it the tricks your mind would play with your balance.
  5. Cyclists legs, what's not too like. Obviously depending on which gender.
  6. It's even a nice colour. Will keep you busy for a while. Get that daughter on the tools too.
  7. 452's being discontinued is a good thing. Average tyre. One wonders if the 453 will be any better. Much like RE040 and 050, same again in my opinion. Average.
  8. So surely the answer could be, put an aftermarket alarm in the bimmer. Oh, and go find a house with double garaging.
  9. I'd say you've convinced yourself already, as you've logged on here.
  10. Good luck with the TVR sale, we'll see you more frequently on here very soon.

  12. Yeah com'n, where are the pics???
  13. Almost identical Chesterfield. Even the tree on the right. We have a number of members on this forum from France.
  14. If you ask Zmanalex nicely, he may even have a set of Rays in stock. Always worth asking. I'd be far more concerned about the mechanical and structural condition of the car, rather than unimportant things like wheels, in the greater scheme of things.
  15. Big, heavy bricks on wheels as far as motorbikes go. If you drop the thing, can you pick it up? ps. Don't forget to factor in cost a good set of leathers, boots, gloves and gooood helmet!!!
  16. Few 350's over in Ireland now, I'm sure they'd love another one.
  17. Gosh, quite a few Sprinkle birthdays at the moment!! Happy birthday Catgirl.
  18. Welcome to the forum. Sideways action is for the track.
