If you think about it in a very practical term, both manufactures, middle men, and retailers would have to store said Xmas items until the last few days (or late manufacture, but then many things can go wrong and may not arrive in time for Xmas), storage is expensive, and if you leave it too late, you are stuck with excess stock. Anyone that's run a business or two knows how this goes.

Actually to be fair, there are many I do not like being a passenger in their car, some I will not even get in the car if they are driving, will drive instead. Some people's driving skills and car control and lack of concentration are the reason there are so many accidents. Do I let others drive my Z, no. Don't care, male or female.
