  1. You forgot to mention nuts. They're a great crew. Anyway, welcome and have fun out there.
  2. Hehe, yes you should. Aaah, you mentioned the magic word, "Targa". I'd say you'll probably know quite a few of the guys then. A small, small industry, especially with the Targa set, everyone knows each other. I'm sure both the guys that have 350 race cars would be more than happy to let you know the pitfalls, and best things to go for with our beasties, in race car format.
  3. Well what an awesome day at the show, dry day, and very hot. It was basically a Vintage Day, so many old vehicles, traction steam engines, so many cool extremely old vehicles and cars. Wow!! Anyway, the oldest Fairlady in our club, 1967, convertible, right hand drive, one of only 4 in the country, uum, does the one squashed under a truck count, then 3. As apposed to the newer Zed, the Bronzee mobile.
  4. Damn, now you tell me. Special order one box of squirrels please, we don't have any in NZ. Uum, lost me. Claw side down. Bowling squirrel.
  5. Lol, pity Ztrack is at the other end of the North Island, I'm in Auckland. Right off to cause havoc. As you've already noted, not a many 350's in Wgtn, but there are still a number of great ZClub members in the older school Zeds in Wgtn. None of Wgtn 350 owners seem to hang onto their Z's as long as we Aucklanders do for some odd reason. You might be the key to growing the 350z population for the club in Wellington. Pity you missed our Annual ZClub track day, only a month ago at Taupo. Couple more of our Zclub 350 owners, one in Taranaki and the other in Dannevirke. Taranaki one does a fair amount of competing. Is your car caged yet?? If it isn't and about to be, that will make you number 3. Oh we've got an interclub track day at Pukekohe on Sunday 13th April, long way for you to travel, but will be a great day. There are more teams entered, but they've neglected to register. http://www.zclub.org.nz/viewtopic.php?t=692&test=test
  6. So I was cleaning my Zed for a show tomorrow, slaving over products, making it shiny, when the neighbours Burmese decided he'd like to help.
  7. Hey Ztrack!! We Kiwi's are all over the place!!! How long have you had your 350?? Do you know about the Zed forums in NZ, for local meets etc?? http://www.zclub.org.nz (We've got a show to attend tomorrow ) http://www.300zx.co.nz (with a 350z forum) Where in NZ are you?? Good 350z crew in NZ, very mixed ages. Some very heavily worked 350z's, 2 of which are full blown race cars. You'll like this forum!! I come here for my daily dose of English nutty ness and humour. And then there was two.
  8. Welcome!! If drives well, is mechanically sound, go for it.

Goodness, I think I'm being stalked by one of the R35's here, lol, right over the otherside of town this time. He came on the motorway, so I let him slide in front of me, with his dealer plates on. Gee, he was giving the thing death when he had a chance, for the 7kms I followed him. Hehe, the salesman was looking a tad uncomfortable when I drew up beside them at the traffic lights at the offramp. It certainly looked to be an extremely firm ride, every little bump he went over could see the car rebounding.
  11. Welcome!! Happy shopping for your Mini Me, oops I mean Zee.

Saw my first R35 today in the flesh. Black in colour, I'm still not struck on the look of them, mind you I wasn't on the R34 either. It did sound nice as it pulled out of a sideroad in a busy 50km zone, spooling up like mad.
  17. You sure you'd like to start up a workshop/shop in NZ Phil??!! Lol, we could do with a few people in NZ that have half a clue about 350's. could well be tempted especially as it's not moved above -3 degrees today Ya reckon, that Zedrush would be upset.
  18. Very, very true. Mind you it helps, as Tere owns about half the 350's built. Not enough Gueisha's to keep you entertained in Tokyo??!!
  19. you have sussed me already! However i very much doubt the last comment. Pics of the zed will be good though, maybe with you next to it Haha, busted mate!!! Welcome Lucy. Only a few of we girlies around here, we love to give the boys grief.
