  1. Welcome to the forum Thane. Are there corresponding lights on the remote and somewhere, most likely on the steering column? Have a nosey around under the bonnet or around the firewall at the top of the carpet on the drivers side, that will probably give you some clue as to what brand the alarm might be. The red light on top of the dash in front of the steering wheel will be the stock led for the stock alarm.
  2. Aaw, that's no good. At least it's only superficial damage on the upside.
  3. Lol, our cars are almost French, given who owns Nissan.
  4. You certainly can't pass Toymota's for their reliability & still of the new cars have the least faults. Most of them you could just about drop off a roof and they'd still go.
  5. About as far as you can get out of London, or the UK. You mean "Greenwich Jay Time".
  6. Check the stitching on the soft top. Otherwise the 2005 of all the years seems to be most trouble free.
  7. Coz, I'm lazy, what year is your 350 Polar Bear???
  8. Very nice Paul. Has anyone thought of getting one for the up and coming 370Z? If it hasn't already gone.
  9. You certainly have a thing for CF, don't you. Looking great, embracing your love for the sunset.
  10. That's what I was just thinking. Well you can't say people do hunt for threads.
  11. Hmm, nice roads around there SwissZ. Neat rims too, what brand are they? Loving the "Tonka" (big boys) toy in the background of one of the photos.

OK i never relised the ariel was such a issue LOL but after looking at others a smaller one would look better so how do i get a smaller one then(ooh er misses). Are there two ariel lengths for the Z or is it off another model ?? Anwsers please They're all obsessed here with the stubby aerial. Bigger is better I say.
  13. Looks like you've found a little pearla there. Welcome. Cool username too.
  14. Welcome, and you know what, once you've Zedded, you probably won't want to drive anything else, unless it's powerful and handles well.

You'll be needing a glass or two of Pimms after that. Looks lovely and shiny.
  16. Also when you look back through aristocracy of most countries going back many, many, many hundreds of years, UK, Europe, as soon as the girls are of teen age, they were married off. But as you say H5, it's our 'new' or "current" concept of what is moral, or amoral or immoral as the case maybe. Then again in another hundred years or so, they'll probably frown on our current behaviour, when you consider how prudish the control freaks would have us be.
  17. Profile the nose looks like an old school Ferrari. Very concept car looking.
  18. It looks more attractive in profile, hides it's nose. I quite like it, just because it's a bit unique, but wow at the "12-piston fixed callipers". You'd almost be scared to touch the brakes, incase you were thrust through the windscreen. That's some very serious stopping power! You'd be wanting some pretty impressive race seats and belts to hold you in.
  19. Aaaw, that makes me feel a tiny bit better. If things weren't so hectic over here, I would have liked to head on over for the Wales meet.
  20. It will certainly save those that hard out race cars, a bit of dosh given half the extra gauges you normally want to see in a racecar, are already stock in the R35.
  21. I love all the Turbo Wax products. For leather I use LVR awesome stuff and really keeps the leather nice and supple, and as a bonus it is highly effective on rubber and plastic too leaving all the surfaces protected against the ravages of UV, and supple and with a soft sheen that can be built up if you so wish with a few layers in one sitting. It's really saying a product is good, if it lasts & works under the extremely harsh Kiwi sunshine and it sure does that. I apply with a micro-fibre cloth, no rubbing off required as it will just soak in. http://www.turbowax.com/cat/leather-care/
