  1. Welcome to the forum Number86. Is that as in Maxwell Smart?! Happy Zed hunting, take a few for a blast. Handling wise there's a tiny bit of difference between hard and soft top. Both are great.
  2. Looks gorgeous, and I love the 2nd photo, very visually interesting backdrop.
  3. Don't forget to check out http://www.zchickz.com.
  4. Bang on Alex, exactly 10kgs. I just weighed my replacement OEM bonnet for the 2002-2006 that's waiting to go onto my Z.
  5. na women always try and kick me in the nads! Why the hell do you think i have to go the TT route? means i can get away from them! It's a tough life, muhhahaha, someone has to do it.
  6. Hehe, yes I realised that, seem quite a few of his threads. I've got "Z" OCD as too, but it would be very unlikely you'd catch me detailing a vacuum cleaner.

Then don't let on to Louis You're an evil child Nixy. Complete nightmare, worst part of the car. It also has the turning circle of the QE2. Best avoiding any intricate parking. If you can't simple drive forward or backwards into a space, don't bother, find another. Plus once you start trying to park you can guarantee a crowd starts to gather Perhaps the crowd could be utilised constructively to lift the car to into the parking spot. Seriously now, so the wing mirrors on stalks aren't much help then, only for keeping an eye out for any Veyron looming on the autobahn.
  8. Welcome, and lovely looking Sunset you have there.
  9. Hey Lucy, your Zeddy is looking great. Are you enjoying the changeover from your Teg? Lol, we can't have that now. Don't be a lurker now you've got the Zeddy, only a few of us girls here.
  10. On the upside at least your car didn't get hit.
  11. Happy birthday Phil, did you ask the boss for the day off?!
  12. Lol, I haven't laughed that had in weeks. As per the posts there, he really does have a problem. But it was an improvement, just like a bought one.

One question Sarnie, what are they like for backing or parallel parking? Tiny window space and high boot and all.

It certainly is very interesting Phil and good luck, I hope it all works out. [crossing toes emoticon]
  15. Welcome to the forum. Did the previous owner keep the mileage down for you??
  16. Yes correct, and IF (with the slightly more goldy tone) was available in 2006 .
  17. Aaw, that's no good Jay. All the best.
  18. Geepers Sarnie, you sickening for something, only lurking on the US forum.

I agree to a point, only if the shadow imports as such, were brand spanking new, but they're not, they've generally got some mileage on them. Even over here the official launch was two weekends ago, apparently closely guarded info, that a lot of people seemed to know. I find that a little ironic.
  20. I've just got the two, the smallest, the silver one is only 27mm's long, as you can see in relation to the tip of the pen. Lol, but Sunset needs lowering.

So it makes you wonder if the guys here, have had the same thing. This is kind of like the Pistonheads NZ equivalent. Only 2 listed atm, but there's been about 4 or 5 lately. http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Categor ... 0&x=31&y=7
  22. Ok, on the odd occassion I've had a bolt or roll of fabric in the Z, so if you flatten the passengers seat as much as possible, carefully jiggle the roll into the footwell and angle it right you'll get a 115cm (a shade under 4ft or 45inch roll), in just fine.
