Tim, I was going to say, do we need to dis-own you, but you saved yourself nicely there, by keeping the Z. I think you might be right about the low mileage ones. Even now, the very low mileage ones still fetch more, US, NZ and guess in the UK too.

Aaw, Stan, that sux. When you clean the rubbish off, I hope there's no damage. Sometimes stuff hits and it sounds a whole lot worse than it is. Fingers crossed for you. And Lexx, your poor gf must just about wet herself. I had something similar happen to the Zed a few years back, not a nice feeling. Two big sheets of metal came flying out of the back of a truck, thankfully the smaller one of the two hit the bonnet. Out of interest, what's the penalty there if a truckie does get caught for an insecure load?? They get the book thrown at them here, especially if anyone or thing is injured or damage. Can be many 10k's of penalty.

Thanks for the comments guys. Lol, the truth of it is, I had to wait til 3pm as it had been raining all day before I could clean the car, only a couple of hours. But I was panicing thinking I'd have to go to the show, with a, eeks dirty car. Aaaw, not much anyone can do about the weather, Winter still has it's joys. Beautiful crisp mornings, snow, then the light at the end of the tunnel, Spring. At least you'll have a reason to uphold that wingeing with.
