  1. That's fantastic news Andrew, small improvements are a step in the right direction. Haha, tell Phil he needs to get better soon, there's plenty more 350 owners over there that need their wallets emptied a bit more.
  2. Well I'm on my 4th set of tyres as of Friday after a blow out. The last two sets were GS-D3's, which I loved, and had them on a number of cars. Fantastic in the dry and just as good in the wet, and on our soft uneven volcanic clay roads that's saying something. So anyway, as I couldn't get hold of any F1 Asymmetric the GS-D3 replacement, ended up going with the Yokohama Advan V103. I've only had them on about 100kms thus far, great in the dry, seem very good in the wet so far, and it's been pouring down today. Good lateral stability, it's improved the steering & braking response and reduced understeer & oversteer a bit. I was a bit trepidacious to start with, as they're not aggressive directionals, but seem good atm. They come stock on Bentley Continentals, so I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing. http://www.yokohama.co.nz/advan_sport.html
  3. What, they let you away from the film set of Number 4 that day.
  4. Lol, what another one on here that can't tie shoe laces. Just as well you live in the UK now, not much need for jandals/thongs there. Welcome to the forum, from a cheeky Kiwi. Your 260 looks great!!! Bit of work.
  5. Andrew hang in there, I know how you are feeling at the moment. I've been in your situation in the last few months, and watching a family member extremely critically ill and in intensive care after very major surgery, is very hard to cope with. Support your Mum, as she'll be feeling the strain big time, as you all will be, stick together, it makes it a bit easier. Keep as positive and upbeat as you can as it will help your Dad too. The human spirit is surprisingly strong. I know everyone here is thinking of you guys and your Dad. Sending lots of positive thought over to the UK for your Dad.
  6. I love the end bit, lol, cats are so subtle...... NOT!
  7. I fear so nixy! Lol, what we lack in numbers we make up for moxie. I gave my Zed new tyres for Xmas (spoilt Z, even got them early), I think they might be a little big to fit into stocking though.
  8. hey how did you get that picture of me ? Now if that were you we'd need proof with the hulk machine somewhere in the pic, and not photochopped.
  9. More like curiousity tripped over the cat. Now, in all seriousness, ouch!! Done ribs before, they hurt and take a while to heal.
  10. Welcome to the forum. For some funny reason, I agree with you.
  11. Lol, which Zed would that be then?!
  12. What 2 pages of posts and no one asks what damaged was caused. I'm dissappointed, no pics of blood and gore.
  13. You are correct. Was more thinking of great grandads.
  14. Gosh, you can almost discern that it's a Lambo..... almost
  15. Lol, they were limited, in the fact they only made 999,999 of them on the first few years models.
  16. Looks great Adam! Loving the scenic bridge and the icicles. Very cool!
  17. Look at this way, at least you're still agile enough to be able to get into the low slung Zed to be able to drive it. IE, when you get to the point that your joints are so stuffed that you can't then, you might be getting a bit older.
  18. Welcome to the forum. Play safe out there given the delightful weather you have there atm.
  19. Wow, look at all these posts when most UK'ers are sleeping. Lol, happy birthday Ekona!!
  20. Tere got sick of being mucked around by the dealer, so she purchased a Viper instead.
