The track day we did two weekends ago, the stock 350's were only about 3-4 seconds behind some of the full blown race cars/and race car 350's (pushing big power), so they go well out of the box as such. If you're on stock pads and rotors you may experience a bit of brake fade, obviously depending on the complexity of the track.

100k miles is pretty high for 2005, mind you there are a good number of 350's in the US with well over a 100k miles and still going strong. It really depends if it's been looked after or thrashed.
