I usually damp the splatter bug effected area then use quick detailer spray to remove. Comes off really easily. Lol, if I had a bright yellow Nissan again, I wouldn't either. Bugs, bright yellow car moving, ends up a bug mortuary. Bad enough when you're trying to wash a yellow car, being an oversized flower as far as bugs are concerned.

Such a pity, but unfortunately things don't seem to be changing for the better. There's no care or consequence, so why would there be respect. Deliberately no question mark there. Gone are cause and reaction. That goes down to the smallest things. Lack of consideration, forethought and compassion. Having said that some people are so wacked off their nuts they don't know what reality is anymore. Truely sad that often very serious crimes are being committed by mere minors, if that. Just glad I won't be here in another 100 years to see what it's like then, unless something very positive happens.

One of the really neat things about this forum is the good natured joking around, oh and even some techy information etc. The forum just has a nice vibe most others don't.

That doesn't sound right. All the ones I've driven here (17) all flick off when they should. There was a thread about this on my350z a while back. Most of us that had there since new had about 4-5 years out of the stock battery. Maybe you got a dud one they picked off the shelf.

21k Oz isn't much, that's only about 8.5k Pounds. I'm surprised they're cheaper in Oz than NZ. Still more than that for a good one here. Probably nearer to 26-30k or more, depending on year of course. As you would know from past trips, stacks of Holdens over there. Comparative would be a Monaro or a GTO, bit older than a Zed though. Or HSV, but then goes up a bit for the tag. They go pretty well, just not quite the same driving experience as a Zed. Backup servicing is pretty good, and they're pretty good with recalls this end of the world with Holdens.

Car looks great. And the wing probably gives quite good downforce at speed.

Not wrong. Also might pay to check on google.com.au do a search and see what the prices are like on 350's currently in OZ. I know second hand cars in OZ have always been quite a lot higher across the ditch. For example a 300zx will go for about 6-9k more in OZ than in NZ.
