    If the company has had a good fiscal year, you may find that they've reinvested funds back into the company, so may not have the extra capital to give the pay rises that they have the previous year.

    If it's something fairly solid for instance rubber or plastic and comes into contact with the heel of your shoe it can scratch. Stock mats lasted in my Zed for 6-7 years even wearing high heels.
