  1. All lovely shots, but the 10th shot is super cool.
  2. Just watch out for mystical creatures in the swamps.
  3. It's ok Beavis, it's safe to bring your Santa suit out of the closet now.
  4. Check out this tiny Nissan Land Glider: http://www.autoblog.com/2009/10/07/tokyo-2009-preview-nissan-unveils-land-glider-concept-w-video/ Could this be the next incarnation of the 350z or G35?! With a few modifications of course. http://oddee.com/item_96569.aspx
  5. Happy birthday Lucy!!! Hope you're at least allowed birthday cake.
  6. As BM comments. Mind you, there are times on the track or racing when you need your headlights. IE, move out of the way, faster car coming through.
  7. Those Nismo shoes really suit your Zed Steady.
  8. Lol, I bet they inspect closely looking for signs of respray. Clever you. Cars look lovely and shiny.
  9. A lot of the really powerful Ute's as we call them down under, are badged as HSV, but it's still the same brand. I wonder if they hire out the Supercharged ones Jay!!
  10. Welcome to the RWD club Ian.
  11. Cough, cough Mart, do we need to take your temperature, Mr one of the Mod Kings.
  12. Welcome to the nutty world of the Zed. Don't forget to post up some pics of the Zed.
  13. Welcome forum. Good luck with getting the Z sorted after badgerifying.
  14. Lol, they do the innocent look so well, after they've just been totally bad. Cat napping isn't that unusual, given pure breeds are quite pricey. Cats can be little ratfinks getting in places they shouldn't. But if your keyboard is on a roll away tray or not in the sun, that helps.
  15. Have a bonza time Jay! Just in time for sunburn season. Leave some rubber on the HSV.
  16. Jay, cats like Russian Blue's are notoriously bad tempered, and not exactly lap cats. As Nixy has already mentioned Blue Burmese, Burmese are very intelligent, inquisitive, rather inquiring, love attention, much quieter than Siamese (aka bigmouths of the cat world), quite a family orientated cat, they will follow you around, inside or outside, they're generally good hunters. Blue or Lilac Burmese are in general much more docile than say a red, cream or seal, or cinnamon Burmese or Siamese. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burmese_%28cat%29 http://www.burmese.co.nz/Previous%20Litters.htm Another derivative is the Tonkinese, which are quite similar in nature to the Burmese. Fabulous cats. They're not as common as Burmese either. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tonkinese_%28cat%29 Often in the cat world, darker pointed ones can tend to be a bit scatty. Not always, but quite often. If you get a pure breed anything, don't overfeed it, keep it lean and healthy. My folks, breed numerous breeds of cats when I was a wee nipper.
  17. It's warm down this end of the world, you won't enjoy it at all. Oh, and they've got massive scrub fires atm in Queensland. One of the guys that was on secondment over here, and is now back over in the land of freezing, oops I meant the UK, honest. Would rock up to middle of winter meets/club nights freezing, or damned near it, no heating in the meeting rooms, nor insulation. We'd all be in multipule jackets, and he's been in a short sleeved cotton shirt. You're all mad.
  18. But I bet you rather glad of that 5 point harness as the car was thundering down the straights preparing to corner etc. There are a few bonuses to being a Sprinkle, lol, we don't have a problem being locked into a 5 point harness. Hope you weren't in the bm'er when it kissed the wall or another car.
  19. Welcome to the forum. Best go take one for a blast if you haven't already. The fun factor is much better, than worrying about gas.
  20. Ya know it's all over now. You think you'll get the keys back?!
  21. Which bit of the tray is breaking?
  22. Always hard to know without actually hearing it. Had something similar a few or so back with my Z, was actually the windscreen and the plastic of the dash rubbing, making a ticking/static'y noise, did sound like it was coming from the steering wheel, but proved otherwise. Worth a go.
