  1. I'm sorry, but that's quite a hilarious term to use. So apt for your lovely Catburglar. So what's the next car to be?!
  2. Shift is this end of the pond. Shift, if you ask the guys on the forum over here. Sorry I can't recommend any tuners in Wellywood. But I know the guys that live your end of the island will be able too.

    New Shoes

Neat shoes, but unlucky you having to clean them.
  4. ............... will we be needing a drum roll?! Let us know what you end up with.
  5. Spotted that tonight when logged in. Was so shattered last night, after completing multipule rally stages (Targa roads). Does look good. Good sized meet, 9 cars on such a rotten day.
  6. No you're not being fussy. You don't need or want a gap like that around the lights. Should be returned to how it should be. Perhaps, they need a few pics to remind them of what it should be like. I wonder if someone flogged the badge, so you got landed with the normal boring burger. ps. The overspray is easy enough for them to remove.
  7. Look great. Not rollerskatey at all.
  8. Yeah. That one is lovely.
  9. There was talk of Nissan buying back engines, running gear a few years or so back to test, not sure if that was in the UK or not too. But in few of the fact it had an SC fitted pretty early on, if the rest of the build wasn't done properly, interesting. Hope the latest one terms out to be good. [fingers crossed].
  10. It's missing something on the front! The stock standard stone chips. Looking good.
  11. Now those are the furriest Zeds I ever did see. Very cute though. Weather never did deter a Zed meet. And such a colourful meet too. The Chewits/Solar Orange really stands out on the road. They all look so gorgeous!
  12. Seconded. Always interesting to see a Zed mixing it up with other cars.
  13. Oooh, I like those rear indicators. Very nice.
  14. I've not driven a 370z yet, (I know shame ), but with most new cars once you are past about 5k - on the odo, they start to come into their own. Everything is still new and tight, but doesn't feel like it just came off the factory floor. You never know, drive number two of another one, might just be enough to trip you into love at first Zed.
  15. Happy birthday to you!!! Have a cool day!! Any Zed time planned today?
  16. Each Zed has it's own charm. There are few subtle differences between the 240 & 260, especially when you see them sat side by side. Can't help you with a cost of V8 240z in the Uk, as I'm the other end of the pond.
  17. Welcome to the forum. Now you've found your way here, get yourself along to a meet.
  18. Welcome to the forum, and happy Zed hunting.
  19. Did you enjoy the test drive Swanny?
  20. Yeeha!! You'd be seriously buzzing when you reach the bottom of the hill.
  21. At least you were given a courtesy car, better than nothing at all. At least the Min is late model. Hope you're not too long without the Z.
  22. Yes a V8 will fit into a 240z. We have a few here running V8's. One running a Super Charged LS1. Goes like a rocket. Fully caged with all the goodies, running about 500hp + at the shoes, weighs about 1000kgs. I'm sure I've also seen quite a few on the zclub.net forum running Jag & Rover engines. Still a lovely looking car the 260's.
