Stephen, I agree with Steady Zeddy, stay positive above all else. A bit of black humour helps. And as others have mentioned don't be afraid to lean a bit on your extended family and friends. We've been through something even more horrendous within our family (if that's imaginable), then a hit of blood cancer on top of it all a year later, just for good measure & having to keep a constant eye out. All of this lead to many months of very little sleep, getting up multiple times a night to help with breathing etc & a lot of time visiting hospitals for extended periods. So what I'm not saying very eloquently is keep your chin up, even if the docs expect the worst, the human spirit is an amazing thing, and helps someone to pull through. Find something for him to focus on as that helps to keep the mind occupied. Most of all, docs aren't always right, we've seen this a number of times over the last 3.5 years. Let us know how you're getting on.

Oh stop it you two, sooooo jealous!!! Missed them last couple of times they came to Kiwiland. Oh and Faithless bouncing around the speakers on the Zeddy.

They're an odd looking thing. So high of the ground, not quite a 4x4, and not quite a car. Oh, and as one of the big wigs at Nissan here pointed out to me, the tail lights look like Z lights. Think he meant, 370z.

This weekend, we had Nizfest. The first event of it's type here. It was all Nissan's & Datsun's. So anything from a Z of any type, we had 240z, 260z, 280z, 300zx Z31, 300zx Z31, 200ZR, Z32's, 350's, no 370 on display, they were racing. Then of course, Skylines of every type, including R35's racing, some amazing old Datto's. I've never seen some of them. Silvia's/200sx, 240sx, 180sx, Pulsar's, Primera's, Maximas, Exa's, a monster truck with a Nissan I think Navara body, Nissan & Datto's ute's (you guys call them trucks or small trucks). Really any car you can think of that's a Nissan/Datsun or powered. Club displays, we won 2nd. A track day at Hampton Downs Race Track on the Saturday too, and even more, a drift display a large part of the day on the Skid Pan on the infield, plus more, so much more.
