  1. 6 words,.... better tyres.......... drive to the conditions.
  2. That's quite a few extra clams for not very much.
  3. It is still running the stock S series engine, or someone's done a swifty swap to an L28? Can still get some reasonable power out of the stock engines, with the odd mod or two. Will the little one be a race car? Gee I ask a lot of questions. She looks really mint. Nice vid by the way. Tyre destroying action.
  4. 06's do have a bit of a rep for being oil burners. We're hoping that when you had the last service done they didn't fill it up properly or forgot. Not that's good, anything but. Reading material: http://my350z.com/forum/engine-and-driv ... ssion.html
  5. Stand your ground mate. Don't let them get away with it. The stock Bridgestone's aren't that much chop in my opinion, but will be better than what they're trying to pull one over with. See how you go with getting the tyres changed over, if that solves it, great, if not, let us know.

Nice! So does that make you the first here to have had 2 x 370's???
  7. As he's on the morphine, he'll be pretty la la, so won't be feeling much. Keep your chin up Stephen.
  8. I am proud to say that it is my new toy, that photo is taken outside my workshop, the good people at http://www.bulletcars.com/ who are busting to get my new engine in. I know that engine is the never ending story, but as I'm sure that all of you know, the sheer volume of cash needed for this type of mayhem is pretty silly. BeZt of both worlds then! Old and new. So what sort of engine is the little one getting?
  9. Welcome to the forum Bradders. Hope you enjoy the extra power that a Z has.
  10. Stihl one should do the job nicely and should years if you look after it and it's one of the upper spec petrol ones. Most of the petrol driven ones, come with a long lance, and a longer metal attachment with a bent bit for getting in arches and a sudsing bottle (or they do in Kiwiland). Although very, very gently if you do. We had a few special attachments made, but this is for cleaning much bigger things than a Z.
  11. Wraps probably don't come in Brickyard or Interlargos Fire, or anything near it. Both those colours being stock colours, but not weren't available in the UK new. Just a slight twist on your existing colour.
  12. That looks very professional. Insets really make it.
  13. Well our petrol in Kiwiland is up to NZ$2.09 a litre, so only a hair's breathe to the record high prices 2 years ago ($2.40 a litre). Our dollar is riding at record highs, so in theory the price of petrol should be quite cheap, but the greedy old petrol companies keep using the excuse of the weather up in the Northern Hemisphere. Obviously the government enjoy the extra tax they reap out of the higher prices. So no, not intending even at current prices, almost back up to the $200 mark to fill that it was 2 years ago, still going to be driving the Bronzed One.
  14. Very tidy looking 240z. Is that one you just happened across, or was it at the track too? He's been here longer than you.
  15. Such a fascinating degree for Jayne to be focusing on. Wish her all the best from us.
  16. Welcome back. These two can usually supply most things, :pmr35lee: and Chilli Red.
  17. Welcome to the forum. Happy Zed hunting. Good to see you're taking your time finding the right one.
  18. Welcome to the forum Nicola. Bit far for me.
  19. Welcome to the forum. Good luck hanging this one out around the corners. Happy Zedding!
  20. Welcome to the forum, from New Zealand. Gorgeous Z. Nice mod list too.
