Once you get the seatbelt untwisted. Fully extend the seatbelt and secure it, so it can't move then proceed with cleaning the seat belt. You will probably find that the webbing is clagged up. Once cleaned and fully dried it should slide smoothly and not twist.
Lol, you lot you should try living on a fairly narrow isthmus in the South Pacific without any land mass within a couple of thousand kms away. Tropical storms. Still nothing in comparison to living in Tornado Alley in the US.

The main difference with rain dispersant, of most brands is they also increase the glass clarity, completely cleaning the glass, making it easier to see, not only clearing the screen of rain.
If you want to test it, do some of the screen.
Same as Colin. Been using Rainx for years. Even in our rather extreme weather over here it works and lasts well. Not overly impressed with the Rainx black (for the interior glass) though.
