Still a bit hard to see in that pic, but if you give the Z a good wash and dry, then I'd gently have a go at the area with a pre-wax cleaner, should remove some of the scuffing, then swirl remover, then wax. Obviously adhering to the manufacturers specifications of the products you are using, and using good quality applicators and microfibre cloths to remove between processes. That may help a bit. As I say, hard to really see in your pics. Otherwise take to a professional paint/scuff repairer.
