  1. Have you ordered a big bundle of detailing products yet, so they're there ready and waiting to keep it nice and shiny.
  2. With regard to bug attractant colours, the Sunburst Yellow S15 I had was the worst. I would finish detailing, especially after waxing, and there'd be swathe of buglets attaching themselves to the car. The the LMS Z is reasonably bad as far as bug attractant goes, especially on out of town trips or through the countryside. Someone who's more of a scientific vent would know what the ultra violet rays do with regards to colours and insect. Perhaps they think it's too clean. And needs soiling.
  3. Mart, you do what is best for your health, stuff the money grabbers.
  4. Very leary in the yellow, but I like it.
  5. Then there was three Lol, reckon they're in shock that another sprinkle has joined.
  6. Welcome. Out of the box, most of them handle well. You can always go aftermarket for the suspension anyway. Being newer that what you've currently have the technology should be better. Only major difference is RWD and the weight of the car. They're a fun car to drive when well set up.
  7. If you spot one that looks like a maybe, I'm sure if you post up a link, it might be known, or someone might be able to have a look for you.
  8. Don't buy the first one you see, unless it's absolutely pristine! Welcome to the forum.
  9. Welcome to the forum. Keep an eye on the for sales on here, most have club history, so are known.
  10. A few of the fireworks from the opening night last week. I didn't take these photos, so no rude comments about the photography. We were sitting on a bank overlooking the harbour, about 500 metres from the motorway (hence the cars zipping past on the feeder road) with about 1/4 of the populous of Auckland. Photos really don't do the fireworks justice, but I did say I'd post a few pics. The fireworks coming off the Skytower were huge, as were the rest being released from the barges. To put it into proportion, the Skytower is 328 metres tall, even though it looks like a pin in these photos.
  11. So you don't carry a chain saw in your car for randomly downed trees?!
  12. Welcome to the forum. They're friendly bunch if you don't mind the occasional twitch.
  13. Those shoes always suit the 350 so well. Nice looking Z.
  14. Welcome to the forum. Post up a pic of your car, somewhere interesting as you're not in the UK.
  15. Welcome to the forum and congratulations on the Sunset.
  16. Welcome to the forum. They look great in Le Mans Blue. I did similar when I purchased my Z over 7.5 years ago. They even made me sign a form to say I'd asked that the Z not be detailed by them.
  17. Welcome and keep an eye on the for sales on here.
  18. yep you were right vic! Lol, there's no hope from them really. Welcome to forum.
  19. Not too many in the UK with factory Nismo in Red. Don't forget the pics once you have it.
  20. Our club over here has done a few of the Meguiar's detailing seminars. Even being a keen detailer myself with lol, more than a few trophies it's still worth going to this sort of thing.
  21. Pimpin'. Very Huggy Bear. Lincoln Continental would have been my first answer, and upon consulting Wiki, looks right. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lincoln_Continental Bibs not, to have to parallel park it!
  22. Must still be hung over, hasn't even replied to any of our cheeky posts.
