  1. Wow, cool pics. What a fun!!! Love the pic with the very old looking long bridge or is it a dam?

    The Perfect 370z

I think I'd be concerned, even on bags how it would handle and how long it would last/stress on running gear. Already guessed mate, look back a page Lol, was guessed. But Squee's right, it does look a bit like Auckland harbour, but give away are the cliffs etc. Sydney harbour is similar. Our Skytower is taller though, much taller than any of the high rises.
  3. This one isn't too bad. Quite an old shot now, taken by a friend of mine who's involved with the photography business. Not too bad. This one is sitting on display at Concours d' Elegance here this year. Last year on a 300zx club run. A few nice reflections happening for a golden one. Couldn't be bothered going too far back looking for photos, lol, there are heaps of the very shiny reflective Bronzed One.
  4. Lots to watch with 3 matches on today. Drove back past Mt Eden (where the Scotland v England game is) late this afo after our Zclub rally, needless to say, lots of traffic even for that area, and people on their way to the venue, 4 hours before the match. Keen punters. It's blowing a gale here, bit of rain here and there. Not the best for this match, as the wind could quite easily pick the ball up.
  5. Could you post us a pic from the side please. That looks like a sort of above shot, so not 100% easy to see.
  6. Journo car would have been my first thought too. Sometimes Journo cars are only used on the track, so it's quite plausible. ps. John may not be aware that the lighter and brighter colour 350's don't have the best paint match between the plastic and metal panels. IE, the A pillar cover, the sills, nose and back bumper are all plastic.
  7. Baggins if you loved the 280zx, I'd be surprised if you don't love the 370 as well. They're a very enjoyable drive. Yes he is, just enter "EH 370z" (with no quotes) into the To box on a PM and it should find him. Toby is his name - he obviously isnt paying attention today - he's normally very quick on these threads He did respond on the previous page. Lol, how rude, he must be off selling cars to non-Zedders right now. Ooops, missed that, yes Toby said hello on page 1 he obviously hasn't been keeping up with this thread tho - he definately would have commented by now on the "spare" time a salesman has I know, he didn't ask for and have the letter signed in triplicate allowing him to be away from the forum.
  8. So who will win tonight's match I wonder? Scotland v England
  9. At least the forum saved you the time and effort.
  10. Give her a week or two. Very cool little outfit. Talk about get them into the swing of Zedding at an early age.
  11. Will the chair need lowering and spacers though and new shoes?!
  12. Hope you have the beaZty sold before then. [finger crossed for you]
  13. The angle of your average race style seat will be wrong. As they generally slope up a bit similar to our stock seats but not the same. And yes they will lock you in pretty snugly, even given different widths. In a car, a really good race seat actually isn't uncomfortable at all, even all day, as long as you're belted in accordingly, either 4 or 5 point, especially with 5 as no chance of sliding forward at all. Personally if it were me, I'd just buy a good office chair. It's a novel idea, but might end up with pinched muscles in the back of your leg.
  14. Shoes look as good on the Z33 as they do on the Z34.
  15. Welcome to the forum. Nice looking Pumpkin you've found.
  16. Listen to your dad. Makes for relaxing driving not having to spend half your life stuck with the thing stuck up in the air.
  17. If there's any doubt and I'd want to have a good look at the tyre myself. Replace it, having one blow out on the motorway or the like, would not be pleasant. Had bad puncture a while back, that set only had about 1500kms on them, replaced with the same on all four corners (as usual), so sold 3 on our equivalent of ebay. Always better safe than sorry and make a few quid out of the previous set.
  18. You know she'd haunt you if you let her go. [this is a devil emoticon as we don't have one]
  19. Not at all envious. Have a blast!!!
  20. I'm sure UK fuel tanks are bigger than JDM, I stand to be corrected though... UK fuel tank capacity is 82 litres as far as I remember 82 won't be correct. NZ & Aus run 80 litre tanks. I usually fill my Z up, unless I know I won't be as much driving for a couple of weeks, then slightly less. But when full it goes somewhere around F mark.
  21. 17's sizes are 225/50/17 and back 235/50/17. If you've got the owners manual, all these details will be in there.

  23. All go here, with a big match on here tonight, and another biggie tomorrow night. Still a great atmosphere everywhere. Flags fluttering on cars and people's gates. Saw the coolest thing in town earlier this week. There was one of the big black RWC official 4x4 Jeeps vehicles stopped at the lights beside me. I was the only car in the group that didn't have RWC flags fluttering from the car.
