Been there done this. Had axle issues, amongst other issues from brand new. Axle assemblies, aren't cheap.

According to my club mate over here, they're very economical to run. It was actually his wife that selected and purchased the car, but he quite likes it too. Can't imagine he'd drive around too slowly in it, knowing the way he can be in the Z.
