Yes, they should both drop in unison about 5mm (in metric). Try doing a window reset first - do a search for that. Taking the door card off isn't hard though.

Don't think I've seen a lockable one, but perhaps some enterprising soul could create one? That's usually heat related, and due to minute holes in the hose.

They can look more aggressive on some colours. Only comment would be, given our older model headlights have an average'ish beam, would you be deteriorating that a bit more? Two of our guys over here have them, both of them on the edges don't look right, and the plastic seems to almost bubble after a while, heat off the lights?? I'm guessing.

Mostly wear and tear stuff really - a new rear mech for the On-one, couple of new shifters, then a straight seatpost to replace the layback one my Trek came with.
