  1. When did 350z weight 1900KG ?!?!? lol... Mine is 1455kg haha
  2. KW V3's nuff said...... Quality that lasts and worth the asking price.
  3. epic mate, i should comment every time i read this but don't for some reason? Keep the updates coming mate I'm reading with loads of interest! Im hoping i can't get a bit of footage of this on track later in the year if your at a drift event??
  4. Wicked mate. Needs a mega arch extension with vents...
  5. Car getting toe sorted again this morning.. Toe was set to 1mm in on both sides vs. the 10mm per side it was running and camber set to -1 degree to max rear tire contact patch Car feels miles and miles better on the short drive i took it on to scrum tires in see what it felt like! Now just need to see what its like on track on go from there!
  6. When I mean move rear wheel out the way a really mean pull the hub and knuckle assembly about to get the arms in and out wheel off doesn't really help unfortunately
  7. More work on the zed today. Fitted my toe bolts about ten mins after the post man dropped them off lol.. Plus my drift works traction arms I've had for a few weeks now. Template in place for the subframe to be enlarged. Subframe cut. This was an easy job tbf... just a pain to get tools in the right angle to make the cuts. Not really got any more pics as my hands were dirty by now and I was working alone again lol. Traction arms fitted. (these were a PITA as you really need two people to help man handle the rear wheel out the way to get the arms off and new ones back in) Large rose joint in place on subframe end. Arms fitted and toe adjust by eye ready for going on the jig again tomorrow Anyway even after adjusting the arms and bolts by eye the car feels SOOOO much better than before. I can see the rear is running far less toe in and less camber so ill have it set up again tomorrow and she should be driving wicked now! PS. i know the car looks a state lol.. Im sorting the underside slowly.
  8. Holes!!! With a dimple die will look cool.
  9. My mastergrade cf diffuser is still great after years on the car!
  10. I have bride lomax sliding rails for sale mate pm me.
  11. Ah ok mate, Ive been TOTB every year for ages. You fancy running the zed this year with me??
  12. Bennett do you know what the Kenetix manifold has saved weight wise?? If I swapped the oem strut brace out for carbon I could save a kg or so there plus I need to cut down my wireloom in the car so that may save another 1kg. Potentially up to 47kg to lose.
  13. Lol.. Thanks bonnet! I'm hampered by the weight of the tt kit and large down pipes etc. If I go mad and drop off the door cards, internal door plate, window motors and runners that's 7,5-8kg per door! Even keeping glass! My plan to get down to 1400kg is... - light race battery saves = 9kg - drill our rear crash brace = 2kg - carbon rear hatch/lexan = 15-20kg - swap out oem W brace for alu upgrade =??? - passenger seat = 7,5kg - door gutting = 15-16kg Total = 45kg approx This gets me a chunck closer to 1400kg but after that I doubt I'll be able to lose more I need a fire extinguisher which adds weight so then it's just (Clarkson voice) POWER.....
  14. Fit one on the inside frome limo window tint you can see through it for traffic light ect and does really help
  15. Apr is best... I went with Megan as the wing shape is very good and built well. Easy to fit and under 50% Apr price. Load of pics in my build thread.
  16. Fitted some grip tape to the drivers footwell. This will help out when its wet out Also fitted some battery terminal covers as it sits quite close to the rear bulk head. Still waiting for my toe bolts to come then its back for the last part of set up.
  17. Oh details on the closed deck block!!
  18. Oh details on the closed deck block!!
  19. Yeah I think they all pull about 600 rather than the book figues of 552. The e63 biturbo is the same and normally well over 600.
  20. Yeah I know it's a hood choice. The problem I have is my isf has been faultless and I still love it fancy and change and it's hard to top that car for me. The m5 and e63 have more pace and possible similar fuel consumption so there just about the only options I can think of that tick all the boxes.
  21. Looking at cars for a daily at the moment and quite fancy one of these two, F10 M5 or e63 BiTubro. Has anyone owned one on here or knows of any common issues with ether car?? The old M5 put me off with gearbox issues... Hope the newer cars don't have any major problems. Any input very welcome Thanks.
  22. Yeah I will need to elongate the hole I wish I could just use a rose joint for sold adjustment like camber.
  23. Bent over for £60 for two bolts What a rip off!! Oh well I'm at 10mm toe in on each side ATM so these will hopefully sort that!
