  4. Almost the same as me mate first time I changed all my bulbs... jacked up, removed wheel, removed arch cover, changed bulbs, replaced arch cover, put wheel back on, jacked down.... Only to find the Grey cap that covers the main lights on my tool kit.... jack out wheel off... Worse still I did the same on the other side!! Need to change indicator bulb again now, phillips one has only lasted 4 months... not happy, I cant indicate that much... can I...
  5. Think it may be newsellers, he posted one of these a few months ago, If it had scoops or aid ducts then I may have been interested!! Dont forget if you put one of these on then you may need to put bonnet pins in... Go easy with the drimmel!!

    de badging...

Yep, most have 2 pins on the rear, front generally dont have any. So you may need something new to cover. Easiest way is using a hair dryer and Dental Floss or Fishing line to get behind. A spray of WD40 and a soft cloth will get rid of sticky residue
  7. Just realised the problem, you put on your link .co.uk. not .co.uk so the url link you posted isnt working.
  8. Front and rears are the same, Think you need a 20 and a 18 (or 19 if you want both fronts with spoilers) and an 18 for the rear. I think the wash and polish / protect would be fine.
  9. Nice great adam , I was thinking about doing almost the same and now you have done it I will. Couple of Q's for you! Did you get Recaro sliders / frames or did you need to fabricate? I take it the Gear and Handbrake was custom work. Can you get the guys to do the same to ship? And the arm rests!! Looking forward to more pics.
  10. Use PIAA Silicon blades so need PIAA wash that has a touch of silicon in too... Rain just streams off the windows when your doing 50 to 70mph and you only need to use th wipers when its raining hard. Think RainX so something like it.

  13. He said it was some new fangled thing called a "turbonator",
  14. And he said he was having a bit of an issue fitting the 6 and 3/4 inch zorst pipes!

    TV TUNER

There is on the imports, tv button on the bottom left. Not sure on the correct answer to your problem, but any ICE install places should be able to have a look and try and see if another manu's one will fit.
  17. Feet have just thawed out.......... Mental note, never turn up to a meet in winter wearing a suit and work shoes. Good to meet you guys too and looking forward to the next one.... Oh and Jay, we know what yout having done to your car.... Not sure pink is the best colour though...
  18. Just tried that, think its .com
  19. Think there is a £150ish import limit now so its worth while on the small stuff. But then buying in the UK will make it easier if there is a problem.... Not that there should be with a cargo net!!!
  20. No reason you cant use it every day, it should have the necessary Hydrolock prevention features. I think cause the 350 comes with a panel filter this is seen as a "Racing" part. It also increases noise and as our oriental cousins have some strict noise laws then this could be another reason. I know a few people have them on this and the other forum, and havnt heard of a problem. I went for a K&N Typhoon as have a few others, lots have gone for JWT Pop Charger with new tube, some have gone for AEM ones. They all do the same thing. I belive that now you are out of warranty then it wont be a problem, but as is normal, your car, your choice, your risk!
  21. I dont think there is an S-Tune version, your first post asked what the difference was!! S-tune is Nissans Street / On Road kit, ie use it on the track and we wont warantee it, R-Tune is use it on the track but not meant for the street for all sorts of reasons! In their words: S-tune components are engineered for the enthusiast that drives on the street, which accounts for over 80% of all sport compact owners. S-tune components offer credible, measured increases in horsepower and road holding, but with an additional feature that the aftermarket can’t match–each S-tune component is covered by Nissan Parts and Accessory Limited Warranty–up to 36 months/36,000 miles if installed at time of vehicle sale (like any other Genuine Nissan part or accessory). Warranty Coverage S-tune: All NISMO S-tune components are covered by the Nissan Parts and Accessories Limited Warranty. R-Tune in their words R-tune is for the hard-core enthusiast or weekend racer. 22. Here you go linkster http://www.carbeyondstore.com/auto-part ... Cargo-Net/ they have a few other bits too including the Aluminium Door Sills for £35.... Think I may be making a few more purchases!! Mark
  23. http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11976 Lol! Guess your refering to www.350z-uk.com guess I am not under any opinion which one is better or worse,
  24. I didnt know they did S and R tune versions of this. Wouldnt make any difference in the UK as Nismo engine parts are treated the same as any other aftermarket items. The CAI is made by AEM and rebadged as a Nismo and you get charged more!! As Sonny says, most CAI's are the same!
  25. Got mine from a local stealer as they had some 350 parts on the shelf that they hadnt shifted so got the tonnau cheap. You could make your own, there is a template on another 350z forum if your handy... Someone else was making them too, not sure if hes got anymore for sale. Nissan Cargo net I got from the states as they are about £15. They are a little different to the Pug ones as they are double layered and form an envelope, so work well for smaller items. Trying to remember who from now, will find receipt and post the name later.
