  1. IIRC all Hi Q centres use the plactic kit to save marking wheels. They did when I had my fronts replaced anyway!
  2. Ha! you were 5 mins away from me! had the ramps out and everthing today for mine! If you got OEM cats then they have hangers on them.. connect to a m shapped bracket in the centre... Shouldnt have damaged, there are flexis there. Dont let them push and prod it. just ask them to remove the mid and try and refit.. Is it a new zorst?
  3. Yep, GT-S phantoms, they come like that (mine were PC'd though for the same effect) but not sure if they are still available... think he had the red lip put on afterwards.
  4. Envy have a set of carbon ones in stock I think!
  5. Carbon pillars, black roof and carbon boot Looks great when its all real carbon
  6. Uprated Antiroll bars are a great way if you doing the endlinks and then get a set of coilovers if you want to go all the way All the way to the end of the budget :-D Does anything need to be done with the coilovers? Is it only of you drop it by extreme amounts that you need to watch things like camber? [suspension newbie] Nope, you should be ok if you keep the ride height the same, I droped mine about 2 inchs when I got it and it really through the camber out, went with some cusco camber and toe arms and bought it back in but its now gone back up about 1/2 an inch to save scraping! Worth budgeting for some type of camber arm adjustment. Amazing difference with droplinks, biger ARB's and coilovers

  8. You wont get the same panoramic effect with a wrap as you will with paint!
  9. local place mate, what do u mean rotate it 45 degrees? u cant do that, its a flanged joint. all the bolts appear to be tight as well. its a bloody pain really. they have used sealent on all of the joints as well. i just hope that they havent damaged the cats or even worse the manifolds, removing the old bolts!! cheers I would get it back there mate, and get them to sort it. Think Dan means the midpipe is on upside down perhaps? You had it up on a jack?
  10. If you have done the pleunum its just another 6 bolts to undo. IMO worthwhile if you undone the other 20 odd!
  11. Love the wheels!! Asuka will only be available from the US mate
  12. No difference in size, dimensions, fitting etc mate
  13. There's only one colour mate .......silver ...............and that's it Wrong There are 2! Silver and dark gunmetal! OEM!
  14. Whos is the Red? Think I spotted him on the m25 a few saturdays ago!
  15. Nice, good price and look great!
  16. Yes indeed they dithered for a few years if they would sell here an so put a slightly nicer interior in when all they needed was a better engine and tighter suspension that's it and keep the price reasonable. Well I like the original and I like this one but subject to a test drive maybe Lucys future city car although she wants it full on Tokyo modded in black, tints, lowered nice alloys and chromed up They should do a postman pat version and maybe an A Team version This is what I would have done to one had I got it!! And they do a supercharger!!
  17. Exactly!! Its the Aramid Gasket that fits below the lower collector to stop heat soak!
  18. Nope, they are all twist on off. But you will need something to cap the main reservoir, but I cant remember what size! 14mm roughly!
  19. Thats how the first one was stan, utilitarian !! Nout wrong with them, just all functional and loads of places to store stuff. Kept the price down too. Huge boot space with the back seats down. They have tried to make the new one a better place to be... Feng Shui gone mad!
  20. Yep, thats the way, just make sure you keep the shaft held tight and dont let it turn and then twist the knob...
  21. Almost bought one of these back in November. They drive really well and are pretty nippy... Lots of mods from the likes of HKS. Best selling car in Japan arnt they?
  22. Injen is one that dosnt, it puts the filter infront of the Rad. Typhoon is just a short ram with an additional scoop that pushs air to the filter. And if you want your headlight washers, dont remove the additional reservoir!
  23. Best to remove the righthand side one and the pipework that leads to the reservoir on left hand side, then cap the reservoir at the bottom. Am running a basterdized version of the AEM at the moment!
  24. Do you mean the think plenum gasket? Or the lower Aramid gasket that fits below the lower collector? If its the latter, yep, fit it whilst your doing the spacer. Saves time!
