  1. you need to seek out a real mechanic air in the cooling system does not cause clicking in the cluster air can get in via a bad headgasket (nearly impossible if the car is stock), or due to improper bleeding of the coolant system (it is not an easy car to bleed, and can take hours to do it properly)
  2. check out the Work Meisters we have for sale in the traders classifieds 19's and would look fantastic on a black Z
  3. Cusco arms in stock, same as I use on my own car http://www.z1auto.com/prodmore.asp?mode ... rodid=1288 $469 shipped
  4. would be $430US each, shipped to you based on 5 pieces
  5. ebay prices never include duties unless they are in the UK to begin with
  6. Thats a great price, go for it I was talking about $598 shipped, that price would be subject to duty too. our price includes the duties actually
  7. when you copy links from my350z that can happen sometimes here they are: Fronts: http://www.z1auto.com/prodmore.asp?mode ... rodid=3783 Rears: http://www.z1auto.com/prodmore.asp?mode ... rodid=3784
  8. absolutely you can paint them - several firms offer opaque paints that would work
  9. IIRC V2 are a bit higher than V1 - both are lower than stock
  10. Drivers cause that, not swaybars
  11. 2007 Street use with the odd trackday Springs, pilloball suspension arms The Cusco work well (I have them on my car). Downsides are the cost, and they are not very adjustable (only 2 way up front, rear is not adjustable at all). Hotchkis are far and away the most popular here in the states. 4 way adjustable up front, 3 way out back and only around $350 for the pair + shipping to the UK (not much to ship either). Paired with the endlinks, it makes for a great setup
  12. Adam, its an 07 plate zed and was going to run a set of 19inch volks. is there much difference between the two eibach or tein sets? What would you advise? Feel the back sits a bit hight just now so was really just to close the gap, not too stiff but enough not to be feeling like a bus Cheers Andy For an 07 I'd choose the Tein S Tech
  13. 1. what year is your car 2. what are your intended uses for the car? 3. what other suspension mods are you planning on doing?
  14. common issue unfortunately cleaning the brushes can extend the life a bit, but best bet is replacing the motor completely. I have to do mine this week as well, as the passenger side has gotten very slow
  15. clear are the only Nissan ones made as far as others, I am sure there are some LED/ebay/cheap looking alternatives as well
  16. ah ok I cant imagine they cost much from nissan new..I can check for you
  17. if the car has HID it needs to use the HID lights, otherwise you'll end up doing lots of rewiring to make them workable
  18. HID is Xenon..they are one in the same
  19. rubbing or not rubbing is dependant upon many factors 1. the exact tire - a 275/35/ from one brand and a 275/35 from another do not necessarily share the same physical dimensions. Works just like shirts - 2 larges from 2 different stores are not the same 2. your alignment - Z's come with a factory acceptable range. Not all are the same. 3. your rideheight everyone has a different idea of what "fills the arches" means, and these are all dependant upon the above 3 factors. My car has 19x9 +19, 19x10 +14 - 265/30/19 front, 285/30/19 rear RE050 (fairly full running tires for their widths) - I could still go with a bit more (I'd say another 5-7mm up front and about the same out back). My rear fenders are rolled, but I don't want it to sit past the quarter panel (not a fan of the looks). Next set of tires will likely be R888's, using a 295 out back to fill things out better
  20. S Techs would work well for you chazza - just keep your eyes on your struts, and if you have more than ~40k miles on them, I'd replace them at the same time
