  6. its a pita that the heated seats dont stay on (thermostat warms and switches them off) , all other cars i've had they stayed on mmm toasty ! as above its not good weather to push the handling
  7. love that kev my bro has an imp blue escort cosworth minter
  8. Very nicely nigel, i'm a big fan of the mk2 golf, i had three gti's , they are quite simple mechanically and suspension wise but very effective fitting the new loom looks like a nightmare i had vibratech mounts all round on my rado, they made a big difference the weak point on the mk2 is the handbrake, sticks, seizes and doesnt work well , you can fit mk4 calipers on the rear which are much better
  9. sacrifices have to be made mate
  10. how much and what size ? desktop or wall mount ?

  14. i think once you undo it , its unlikely you would get it back in as there isnt anything holding the nut inside the bumper and if the bumpers off you may aswell use a new nut and bolt i put some clear reflectors in the other day and nipped mine up while i had the bunper off
  15. the bose speakers are craptastic mate, i've got kicker 165.2 comps in the rear and focal 165 v2 comps in the front, i have a spare genesis amp so i'm going to look at replacing the bose one with this
  16. very sounds awesome - sounds like you have something rattling though ? is it the test pipes resonating ?
  17. totally agree, without bigger rims the sideskirts make the body look too big for the rims i like it as it is tbh, the splash guard is just enough to make the bumper not look out of place imo
  18. the mounting plate is held on by two plastic nuts and bolts that thread through the front bumper, maybe the threads are knackered, you cant access the rear nuts without removing the bumper you could try undoing it and the stick the mounting plate on using 3m number plate tape
  19. spare wheel??????? The one in the boot didnt think we had a spare wheel. But then never lifted the matt in the boot wow this car gets better and better, I have a spare wheel Also, if you lift the big thing at the front of the car, you'll find an engine in there the front of the car is in front of the round thing (steering wheel)
  20. you never did tell us how he did the mirrors
  21. awesome ! there has to be some wind chill factor goin on there - thermal underwear !
  22. stuey speaks the truth scroll half way down this thread - you could fit a V8 6.0 litre Z!, Engine transplant but you may need to rob a bank http://my350z.com/forum/showthread.php?t=310010&page=6
