  1. Doesnt seem expensive to me. Depends a lot on spec, colour mileage etc. Who you are buying it from ( dealer, private). Assume as you are using the private quote it is private. Any other details, service history etc. If its in Chesterfield there are plenty of members around there who may know it.
  2. Bet you do it in 80 mins Dont they close at 6 Enjoy mate.
  3. I am sure you would be very careful with it . My body kit arrives next month
  4. Local Porsche garage the other day. My mate was working on a Carrera 4 with a reg U6. The owner came in for a chat ( and a free coffee ). Admired the car and the plate. He commented that he also had U3 and U5 on Morgans, had sold U4 but had U2 on a Frazer Nash.
  5. hmm, maybe mine has something wrong with it then, since even when I turn engine on it has a nice gargle, perhaps the high flow cats, plenum and induction add to that noise That'll be it mate. As I say, I do long drives regularily so its a balance. Then again I could always turn the stereo up.
  6. Spotted 2 this morning in 5 mins. Kuro coupe heading north towards Cambridge and a rusty coupe with a gig spoiler just a few miles behind it. Anyone here?

  9. Would say that its as loud as you would want when you want but as Zedrush says not in a Corsa/Nova way. It really is worth it mate. You can also drive more subtly when required. Just done another 320 mile commute with the roof down yesterday and at 70 (ish) it is there but doesnt annoy, well not me anyway.

  15. So feeling a little delicate after watching the Rugby I decided it was a beautiful day and needed a Zed fix. Roof down and a nice drive up through Coniston, Ambleside and Bowness. Being late in the year it should be quiter now, all the tourists having spent up and left. :scare: Absolutely gridlocked again and spent 2 hours in second and third gear. So please, if I ever come up with this stupid idea again SOMEONE STOP ME.
