  1. Being totally selfish here...I love this pic of mine! Thanks Tilly! Closer than I ever got
  2. Oh I know. I only work for six months of the year but couldnt get away Next time though
  3. One issue I got when working abroad was the handbrake, better to leave it off. Engine/battery should be ok although its good to give it a run now and again. Two months shouldnt be a problem for a modern car.
  4. Would be happy to chip in for a few m2 as well if this eases the decision process
  5. Love the concept of a Zed meet with other entertainment. As has been said, the drive out meet is great if you havent already driven a long distance to get there. This is a little mre relaxed.
  6. Yep I can indicate left and then drive for ages without it cancelling. Dealer said they do that Bridgestones suck
  7. Good point H5. For the members that have had a big trek for the Wales drives then usually they have stayed the night before at least to break it up. That could be an option obviously. You're right, it does depend on what we want it to be - poll???? Then lets keep the Wales drive outs for all the good reasons everyone enjoys them. I don't think this is meant to replace anything that is already done. Why not add a big collective at a static show and build up a reputation for the club? +1 The Wales drive out is great but with a bigger event it would make the longer drive more worthwhile. The idea of Donny appealed to me, or something similar. This would always encourage people to attend the other meets
  8. So an existing weekend motor related event would give people something to do other than just a zed meet, any suggestions.
  9. Hi bud, you will get used to this bit HAvent done that for ages. Anyway to the forum, glad to hear you have started tinkering already, plent of other ideas on here

  13. Liz has several to photograph Midge and one for the rest of the world. My fav is a casio, its high on mega pixels, has a big viewing screen and is easy to use. Has a pretty useful zoom to. Its lightweight and carries easily. Should be about the price. Take it that its for snaps rather than anything more professional. Dont think Bex needs a better camera.
  14. Well done guys, looks like a great day, so when the next one Mike Extremely glad the weather was ok
  15. Welcome bud, think I recognise the location of the photos. Nice car so enjoy.
  16. The last thing to do is ask a dealer, they are often less informed than we are. Welcome to the forum.
  17. Before my time mate but was down earlier this year and had a marvellous day out. You are really lucky to have the roads you do down there and not so much traffic. The tug in question is in my Avatar just to avoid any confusion Anyway, have a great day, I am dragging tankers around till about 5 am AND DONT FORGET ABOUT THE HOUR BACK
