  3. Hi and Wecome, as Nixy says, need more details on the spec. The trade in option sounds good and would save a potentialy long wait to sell the Focus then another search for a Zed. Is the Zed a uk car, GT or base, colour, service history, number of owners. Is it a Nissan dealer that it selling it, any mods.

  12. At the moment Bronzee, due to a problem last week one of the major refineries in England is, and will remain at about 50% production for some time. However BP are guaranteed product so they are in a safe position, its the others who may suffer. As regards the global situation, more oil is now under the control of government run companies. Venezuela for instance, they dont care about the global situation and are happy to sell half the amount to create the $100 per barrel rather than double production at $50 per barrel and deplete their reserves. Easy way to kill the price...reduce demand. Off to do some work now as I believe London is sinking
  13. Can see where its going. Refining is a very complex issue, as we know the refinery sells fuel to all companies and to be honest petrol is not the big profit. At the moment there is a shortage of fuel so if we boycott certain companies the others will run out of their quota and have to buy from those with surplus and guess what these guys will do And remember, BP dont have any refineries in the UK anymore.

  21. With the added revuenue the government receives from North Sea oil due to the oil price at the moment they could afford to knock 9p per litre off and it would cost them nothing
