  2. edit, Just noticed, another one in Chesterfield It MUST be getting difficult to miss each other up there
  3. One thing worth checking, not water related directly. Havent had the roof down for some time and dropped it to do some polishing last week. It wasnt very happy initially and had to do it twice. May be worth adding it to the list of things to check when you get a dry day. Wouldnt want it to stick at the wrong time. Mine is an 55 by the way so a little older.
  4. yes, trying to ignore that one. Each mod = 1 tank of petro to test so add £70 per mod
  5. Hi Nicola and nice to see another roadstr. Welcome to the forum. I definately have to give mne a good run at this time of year to kepp condensation down in the cab but havent had the problem in the boot. Wouldnt have thought it would be a seal problem with a 56 plate. Give it a good clean out and keep an eye on it. Anyone mentioning hairdryers and I will be round for a word Get some pics up when you have the chance, needto keep the coupe/roadster balance a bit more even. Enjoy the forum

    Tyre help

Where are you bud, shouldnt be a problem. Just watch how they treat the alloys when they change the tyres, enough curbs around without them heling. Oh and balancing weights on the inside, saw that tried once too
  7. Nice one. If it has been posted I havent seen it and it merits a repost

    Tyre help

Welcome buddy, enjoy the forum. The tyre question is a hot one on here. Bridgestones do not have a great rep. As Stuey says you can change the two for something ( in my opinion ) better tyres and then later change the other two. Here is a bit of reading for you http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=60 There are lots of options for you. You shouldnt have any prolem finding replacements, I live in the sticks and can get a Toyo, or pilot sport etc same day at the local garage for about £170
  9. But you are a little more used to the in flight thing Tere, at my age I have enough trouble changing the CD when driving. Having said that this thread is very interesting and I follow its progression with real interest
  10. Its all good stuff. I dont have an import but with all the variations and questions on delimitting it would save a new owner a lot of questions. Mmmm, hyperlinking

  13. Very good idea Ozz. Would have thought especially on a car like the zed. Will indicate to a potential buyer that work has been done as an optional upgrade rather than a required repair. Never miss an op to take pictures too. Car looks fantastic by the way Work done on an import before delivery is also useful, wether it has been undersealed, ICE work etc. Good shout
  14. Need a red zed for me to follow in Wales Its traditional Didnt realise its only 190 miles from Reading to Chester. Small country. Just like a trip to the supermarket up North
  15. My wife occasionally reads this so about £50
  16. Well done bud, up at 7 am and feel great, glad somebody did the honours
  17. Traditionally around the Chester area as a rough guide with a drive out towards Bala. There is talk of tweaking it a little for this year. The great things about Wales are fantastic roads, great scenery and reasonably light traffic. If you can make it you will enjoy meeting some of the guys over lunch and the drive is really great
  18. O' Sarnie man, ye addressed me weel, Which so befits a hielan' chiel, And tho' like you I'm far frae hame, I sure achieved my share of fame. I never thocht I'd see the day, I'd grace a trencher doon this way, In the brawest club in Sarnie toon, Tho' mony a mile frae bonny Doon. Once fit for only rustic table, I now enjoy a five star label, No longer classed as peasant grub For now I grace the Sarnie table. I'm sometimes scorned by snobbish folks, And the butt of corny jokes, Such folks and jokes are unco phony, Now I'm acclaimed by Egon Ronay. The Power who made mankind her care, Set me above all other fare, For Scotland's sake I'll keep this place, An' aye be Chieftain of the pudden' race. So to all you Braw Scots lads & lassies That here tonight I see, Uphold auld Scotias good fair name, And from me - "Bon Appetite"

  21. Think there may be a little flexibility in the demographic if anyone is interested. Unfortunately it cannot be doubled so as they say on Dragons Den "I'm out"
