In previous years there hasnt been a problem getting on the pitch late apart from traffic in the area. I believe last year was a bit of a shambles though. Our pitch is usually near the gate so I would have thought there would have been a problem. Probably worth checking out the Q/A section of the Japfest site.

Keep at them and mention the forum. My dealer had my car for six months to fix the roof and although the dealer\ and I still arent speaking without customer services I would have got nowhere.

You all know how to sort the rest but please note. Where it says "anything you need to tell us" in blue, please complete, copy and paste in the following info. 350z uk. Japfest. Username.... Name.......... Ticket type.... EG Entry, entry and tracktime. Address. I know your address should show up on your paypal payment but it makes it easier if its in this message.

That sounds like a good plan Peter. The ticket issuing will be a little simpler this year so you can relax. Your previous help was much appreciated though. Hopefully this year you wont have to chase around like a mad thing at the Inn. Tickets and stand passes will be posted to home addresses in advance. Track time paperwork for the Z club ( Z dedicated ) track time will also be posted out in advance with the tickets. The track time paperwork for the two additional track packages that I have bought to cover the extra demand will be handed out on the stand, the sessions are in the afternoon so plenty of time to get sorted. ALL payment for tickets and track time should be made through Z club by paypal. Anyone wanting to pay by cheque please pm me. I will post the details of the Z club paypal link this morning. When paying by paypal please copy and paste the format I will post up into the paypal comments box so we can see that the payment is for Japfest, what you are paying for and what your forum name is.
