Nismo is great on long journeys. The warranty issue depends on the dealer. Most dont care. Could be an issue if a major related problem occurs though so its up to you.

Couriers seem to be getting worse at the moment, I have heard so many stories of damage recently that I wouldnt fancy being a trader, a constant battle to get insurance.
