  1. It has been a very close run competition this year so firstly, many thanks to all who took the time to enter and to vote. Its your calendar so thats what its all about. If you didnt get in this years calendar enjoy it and get snapping ready for next year. If all those who were selected could e-mail me a better res version of their picture it will make things much easier for me. Front cover. The winners, in no particular order. [/img] So where do we go from here. I will be getting the calendars printed soon. They run from the first of February so whoever is the first picture chosen will not miss out. I will post up when they are ready with the final cost and start taking orders and payments.
  2. Have just been in touch with Phil and this is to give everyone some time to sort their calendars. Phil will post up when he is back in the land of the living. A chance for a nice meet and a chat at ESR on Saturday 6th December. For those that havent seen the new beast ( like myself) Im sure we can have a good clamber around it. Phil is opening specially for this one so it would be good to get a few over. See you there. 1/ Martinmac
  3. Sounds like fun. Have a good trip bud, they are a good crowd
  4. Yup - learnt that trick on my first trip to sea! I was on one ship were all the bunks were double. So had to place an immersion suit at one side, and a life jacket at other to create a "V" in the middle. And then just hope for the best! Double bunks on a merchant ship
  5. Lifejacket under outer side of mattress
  6. I hate to look at this but for the cost of a refurb/paint against the cost of new wheels..... still think they are a bargain. Some more pics on the car. http://s155.photobucket.com/albums/s283 ... ?start=all

  10. If they say they have to remove it and send it off ask them if this is Nissan policy or theirs.
  11. :bye: Not long till Christmas http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=bS60RKv5K ... re=related Enjoy your three weeks
  12. Nice to see they follow up on feedback. I think its fine to allow you trainees to get experience but not with something as complicated as a zed.
  13. Mine wasnt a bose but the same system should apply. Took the serial number from the faulty one and then re-fitted. When the replacement unit arrived they have 5 days to swap them out and return the faulty unit for investigation. B. Townley, Barrow.
  14. Better use the contact in here at the moment though. http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=17551
  15. Andrew at ESR will be able to sort them. ( on the large rack at the back of the workshoip Andrew ) They are £38 ish for two and a little more if you need the three. Also think they are brilliant.
  16. Intersting to search by car make No suprises there then
  17. Get pads from a trader and get the local independant to fit them. Should be win/win
  18. Yes I can see that as very annoying, makes you wonder what or who justifies him coming out and talking to a customer. The way I see it is that forums provide information and knowledge as well as personal, balanced views. Any defects and warranty problems can be discussed and owners/buyers learn a lot about the cars. A dealer can provide service which can and should get mentioned on here, this can be good or bad. There will be issues that arise and its then down to how they are dealt with. I am still going through a long drawn out issue with Nissan. My dealer, in the middle of this, has always been more than helpful. If dealers wish to improve they need to act on feedback, if they dont choose to listen or change then thats their shout.
  19. Not trying to do any free marketing but try it wearing a forum shirt or jacket. It can be interesting
  20. A few pointers in here bud. http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6668
  21. They will be ready at 1 minute past midnight tomorrow, I will be working around then but will post when I finish. Its pretty close and to be honest we could do with several more months as some good shots wont make it. Glad its not my shout
  22. If they dont want the answer, they shouldnt ask the question. Hopefully they will use the feedback to improve their service. Thats what its all about.
